He may make up a reason and tell you that your reserved truck is not working properly and ask you to go to another location or give you another truck of a different size but refuse to honor any credits ($50?). If the truck you reserved is popular, he may just want to rent the same truck to another person who comes later. Don't trust him. ~Paul
