Best used car dealer in Marietta, Georgia (GA) 2024

My experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations!! I had been eyeing the rogue online for a minute, walked in on a Saturday to come test drive it and ended up buying that same day plus exchanging my car. My salesperson Jonathon was super chill, very kind, and not at all pushy like some car salesmen can be. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the vehicle. The whole process took a very long time, but as many businesses are experiencing right now, they were a little short staffed and there was only one finance guy working that day. The GM made sure to check in with me regularly and even gave me some snacks and sent me to a more comfy area where I could watch tv. When it got later in the evening he even ordered pizza for the staff and guests and made sure to let me know as soon as it arrived. I thought that was super thoughtful, new car + pizza, who could complain? They also cleaned up my vehicle all pretty and shiny before I left. ~Elizabeth

My experience at Malones was was great! Highly recommend asking for Oscar as your sales rep when you call! He was accommodating, made me feel comfortable, and was very knowledgeable about the car. I liked that he test drove it with me and explained all the features, settings, etc. As a single woman going through this process alone, this was very important to me. Once it was time to buy, the process was pretty quick and painless! Janice, the finance manager, was great to work with as well. Very down to earth and good people!
