This review is based on my last visit 2/3/2022 dropped my car to have work done which includes oil change work was completed by the next day very quick which I can appreciate, when I get in my car to leave I noticed the empty washer fluid light was still on, I cleared it and checked for washer fluid …empty 🙁 the gentleman who had checked me out (later identifies himself as the new service manager) notice me walking back in to the building asked what’s the problem, he then instructs me to pull around back and it’ll be taken care of right away, and it was. As I’m driving away I noticed my windshield sticker for my oil change hasn’t been changed and now I’m questioning if my oil change service or my other services (which I paid over a thousand dollars) was done correctly or at all. My next oil change is on them and I hope they continue to commit to improve customer service with the help of these feedback and comments .

Great, Awesome, Rewarding These are the words I would use to express my experience with Auto Nation Nissan of Marietta. Working with the Salesman: Mr. Downing & GM- Mr. Nickens. They were able to place my mother in a 2018 Chevy Equinox with super great mileage and an amazing deal. Thanks Auto Nation for looking out for my mother as she needed a dependable but reliable form of transportation. I've been in it and oh my what a smooth ride, clean, easy on gas and just her color. Buyer Beware: I purchased my Nissan and was told it came with a 3 year factory warranty. What they didn't tell me is that there is a lottery system for warranty parts. Nissan only creates a small amount of parts so that only a fraction of car owners are able to get the warranty parts they need. This was explained to me by my Nissan service advisor. He said that it happens to other Nissan owners as well. The part I need has been back ordered for 7 months so far... Even if my dealership gets the part, there are other Nissan owners waiting for that same part who might get it before me. I was not aware of this practice by Nissan and feel stuck with a very expensive vehicle that does not work as expected. I've created 2 cases with Nissan corporate and both times they stopped responding to me and closed the case with no explanation. The dealership had my car for a week in November, a week in January, a week in May, and a week in July, but couldn't fix it any of those 4 weeks they kept my car. There's nothing the dealership can do about this. Nissan Corporate is saving money by not honoring warranties.

Dropped my car off over a week ago and heard nothing from the dealership. I never got a call back. Finally. I got a text saying that after a full week it might be looked at. Still no update and diagnostic. I called today to say that I am picking it up. Lack of communication is very upsetting especially when I have been without a car for over a week. Will not return or recommend.

Rich Huffman at Nissan AutoNation has been an exceptional service rep working on a complex Nissan Rogue transmission issue. He understands both the warranty and technical processes, and is an excellent customer representative. He has been great about keeping me informed and returning texts and phone calls. In short, a true professional who I would highly recommend for vehicle service and repair.

The customer service was Great I was a few minutes late for my scheduled appointment,and they were still able to help me! My issue with my Nissan truck was solved and fixed in a timely manner, I was shocked my wait time was shorter than I expected!😁👍 I will be returning to Auto Nation Nissan for all my car needs in the future! Oh an as a bonus they washed my truck! Thanks!

Took my 2014 Nissan armada in for service because occasionally it mad a noise and didn’t want to start , checked it out it was the starter but it was on back order for a long time and they had a option to use a NON oem one I agreed also changed my spark plugs which was over due and brake fluid which was black looking Turn around Time was about 3 days pretty good also Rich Huffman service adviser is great I’m not a big post and review guy but this time I had to post Rich kept me updated every day and answered all my questions and in very up to date on everything ! Paid that premium price but I know it was done right and it’s comes with the warranty so it’s a relief. Better to use the dealer and get it down right the first time than to try to cut corners and get a side mechanic and. Not sure what he knows . I will be back for future services as needed . Great Job again AutoNation Nissan But most of all Rich Huffman for great service he provided when I return I will be asking for Him again .

I took my 09 Sentra in due to the air bag sensor light being on (among a few other things that were wrong) — Richard Huffman was incredibly nice, communicative, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a non-technical way. They got everything completed in a timely manner, my bill was less than the estimate, and my car drives better than ever! Highly recommend.

My experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations!! I had been eyeing the rogue online for a minute, walked in on a Saturday to come test drive it and ended up buying that same day plus exchanging my car. My salesperson Jonathon was super chill, very kind, and not at all pushy like some car salesmen can be. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the vehicle. The whole process took a very long time, but as many businesses are experiencing right now, they were a little short staffed and there was only one finance guy working that day. The GM made sure to check in with me regularly and even gave me some snacks and sent me to a more comfy area where I could watch tv. When it got later in the evening he even ordered pizza for the staff and guests and made sure to let me know as soon as it arrived. I thought that was super thoughtful, new car + pizza, who could complain? They also cleaned up my vehicle all pretty and shiny before I left.
