10/31/22 11:15am The secretary that works for this location, Mrs. Barbara, was VERY RUDE! She reminds me of Roz from Monster’s Inc. That comparison needed to be made so you can know who you are dealing with. Service department damages things on your vehicle and when you call the front desk to see if the General Manager can handle your issue, here goes Mrs. Barbara answering in a bad mood. I was told the manager would be in Monday 10/31 and he will contact me in the morning. Which I didn’t hear from him so I called in at 10:30am to see if he was available, which she told me she doesn’t have his schedule in front of her and doesn’t know when he comes in… so why would you tell me that he’ll be in Monday (10/31) if you don’t know his schedule? I don’t understand her logic and why they lie to their customers about simple fixes and issues but I wouldn’t dare let them touch anything on my vehicle again. They damaged my lug nuts and didn’t want to replace something that service damaged. Please save yourself some the money, headache, and time because they truly don’t know how to show good customer service.

I recently took delivery of my 2022 Bronco Everglades and Wade Ford was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Creed Pannell provided great customer service and kindness during every aspect of my car purchasing from this dealership. He is very enthusiastic and has a high energy when it comes to making sure all customers feel welcomed and appreciated. From the ordering process to final delivery, I could always count on Wade Ford to provide me with updates and keep me in the loop. When it came shipping and tracking, Gail Smith, gave me timely status updates to know where my vehicle was at all times. Cedric Ruff, was very efficient when it came with signing all the documents and getting out of the dealership very quickly. I had a great car buying experience from the Wade Ford Dealership and I would highly recommend doing any car related business with them.

I recently did an online purchase of a pre-owned F-150, and when I came in to check out the vehicle and to finalize the paperwork, the salesman, Steven, informed me that the truck was in the body shop getting some minor repairs and that I wouldn’t be able to inspect or test drive. Normally I wouldn’t have finalized anything before seeing the vehicle, but it was the last day of the month and I wanted to help the salesman/dealership get the deal done for that month, and I thought with Wade Ford being such a large dealership with good online reviews they wouldn’t try to pull anything shady. When I came to pickup the truck, the salesman, Steven had already left for the day (how convenient) and I noticed that the tailgate latch was chipped and the gas gauge was stuck on a quarter of a tank but only had 19 miles to empty (who wants to pull off the lot and immediately have to get gas?) The next day, I took pictures and sent them to Steven asking for them to be fixed, and his response was the pictures online showed the tailgate latch and they would not fix it. There was no individual picture of the broken handle, just pictures from a far. I asked him if it stated that it was broke in the vehicle description, and he quit responding. I then called the dealership and left voicemails with the sales managers and never received a call back. You wouldn’t think it’d be that big of a deal to fix minor things like that, but it’s clear Wade Ford doesn’t run a business of integrity. I highly do not recommend this company.

I am so glad I returned to Wade Ford for service. I've had poor customer service from other Nearby Ford dealers in the past. Shawn was my service advisor. He was amazing from the time he took my call to when I picked up my truck after it was repaired. He was very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the repair process. He dealt with my extended warranty company and repairs were covered and done expeditiously. Thank you Shawn & Wade Ford.

Took my vehicle to repair door locks. Had to order the part. Was there any car fixed in two days. Was very satisfied with their work. Rob and his team are exceptional. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be a long term customer.

I consistently receive excellent service from the Service Department. They do great work, communicate with you throughout the process and I've never had to have an issue handled twice. Although I live outside of 10 miles and can't use the service, they will drive you home if you have to.leave your car if you do. That's fantastic. I highly recommend this team if you need repairs on your vehicle.

I brought my vehicle to Wade Ford, in Smyrna, GA to get an oil change and ended up getting the works and all transmission and engine oil changed. Basically, a tune up since it is reaching 100k. Now, I am unsure if anything was done. It's been a month and my vehicle should not be needing an oil change. The sticker says 103,000 miles for next oil change and I am not even at 100k. I brought my vehicle in at over 98k miles. Nonetheless, I am taking to a different Ford Dealership to see what service was actually done to my car.

We ordered a new vehicle through Wade Ford, and we had a perfectly seamless experience from start to finish. With the long wait times for new cars these days, the staff at Wade were regularly in contact with us about order updates. They notified us as soon as the vehicle arrived, and we were able to pick it up the same day. Everyone we met, from the receptionist to sales people to the finance manager, were professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. It’s the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!

I had a fantastic experience at Wade Ford with my salesperson Jeremy Jones. I saw an ad online for a desirable used car. It was exactly as represented and I was happy to have found it. The purchase experience was easy and trouble-free. I recommend Wade Ford and Mr. Jones for an excellent car purchase experience.
