I use this UPS location to do Amazon returns on a pretty regular basis. The staff is always friendly and professional. I’m in and out in under 5 minutes. I’m always greeted courteously and I’m also offered assistance in general when I have my 1-year-old daughter with me.

I tried to use print services here and was told AFTER waiting in line that shipping customers are there so I CAN NOT get prints made. That’s not right a custom is a custom and you help who is there to use your services! I won’t be back and I will share with friends how ALL of your services are NOT always available. If that’s the case then JUST do shipping!

The young lady there Said she was unable to give me a receipt for a UP S parcel return service label and recommended me to go to the Post Office. I work at the Post Office and we do not accept UPS items or give reciepts for ups labels. I don't know if she's trying to steal something saying that she can't give me a receipt for a UPS label but she needs to be taught how to do her job Instead of trying to scam people or get out of doing work

Seriously the worst UPS I’ve ever encountered in my life. Spoke condescendingly to me and won’t allow my ADA protected service dog trained for seizures inside. Never have I ever encountered these sort of access issues or rude behavior from any other UPS location before! I literally take my service Labrador to the international airport in Atlanta and these guys were super rude to me about him. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially after paying a couple hundred dollars. I park in the handicap spot (which is visible from their store front) and have an ADA protected tag. Literally ANY other location is better than this one! Don’t pay to be talked down to or illegally denied access with an actual ADA protected working class dog.

I wish that I had never came into the store today. I have been coming here for over 3 or 4 years and never had a problem or concern. If there was a concern it was always addressed. apparently it is under new management and everyone that worked there before is no longer there. I'm writing this review over $2 Yes $2. My attempt was to send my attachment to UPS to have it printed but I was unable to because it kept giving me an error from home. The associate that answered the phone said that no worries just come here and you can print it from here and there will be no charge for using the computer there.I printed my attachment that went fine. When I got to the counter to explain to the person and the manager who was a horrible rude did not care the worst customer service ever $2. Ask me had I already paid it because if I had already paid it I'm not sure what he was going to do. Said it was my faught and basically whatever he proceeded on the next customer and never looked my way again One would say this is a culture different but I don't believe in that I think that customer service is worldwide. I will go the extra miles next time to a different UPS. One of the worst experiences I ever had again over $2 not $200. If I were you I would go someplace else.

My package is missing. If there was a way to give them no stars I would. I have never seen such bad reviews. It speaks volumes about the characters in this UPS store. I believe Eddie is a thief. There is some shady dealings going on. My package is missing fell off the face of the earth, like a customer said on her review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE SUPPORT ANOTHER UPS STORE. YOUR PACKAGES WILL COME UP MISSING. THIS IS NOT OVER. I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO PULL A SHAKE OUT A HOLE.

Customer service is so subpar. It’s not that hard to be friendly or welcoming. I really dread coming to this location but it’s the closest one to my home. I even called the corporate customer service line and they stated they would have someone “call me back after investigation” but that was just smoke. The associates at the FedEx in the plaza adjacent are very welcoming and eager to assist.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this location. I just had the worst customer experience ever with Eddie at this store. I recommend to go to another UPS store. I would never treat or speak to a customer the way he did. I will certainly be reaching out to the corporate office for the way I way treated at this location. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and Eddie! **HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**

This store can't locate a package that was delivered by ups. I provided proof of delivery and was told to let them look into it. I called a couple of hours later and was told that they hadn't had the time to get to it. I would have thought it would be a priority and asked as much and was spoken to very rudely by the manager. He has no concept of customer service and is offended very easily. If you can avoid this location, you should.
