This Walgreens is in a high traffic area especially during baseball games. You guys should seriously invest in self checkout machines to avoid long lines after the games! Learn from cvs

fedex worker was not here. Waiting over 30 mins and workers at Walgreen even do not care. After waiting for 30 mins, one worker came to me and said that mobile qr shipping code does not work here. As always, fedex disappointed me and this time Walgreens too

Worst pharmacy on the planet. Needed to pick up insulin prescription that they called me and said was ready. Get to Walgreens and it’s closed because of “shortage of staff” but interesting enough I called and the guy who answers says he works in the pharmacy 🙄 and they are short of staff so they just closed the pharmacy and just have it filled somewhere else🙄 a prescription that has already ran through my insurance! Ignorant and unprofessional and this pharmacy feels it’s ok to go without life threatening conditions medication…bc they can not staff up enough to pass out prescriptions they already filled! This is a horrible Walgreens and worst customer service!

I can’t speak for the entire store but I had an extremely poor experience with the pharmacy department when getting tested for COVID for travel! I only came in contact with Bonnie, the pharmacy technician, and she was unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and had a TERRIBLE attitude!!! The way she treats people is beyond unacceptable.

Bonnie in drive thru pharmacy is the absolute worst and most rude person I’ve encountered. A terrible representation of your company. Like how can anyone in their right mind employ her where she interacts with customers. Read reviews she’s a known complaint problem

DON'T order anything on the doordash website from this location. For one, I placed a order that was picked up by doordash and I did not receive a receipt with my purchase. The item I was wrong and I tried to return it to this Walgreens. I was told that I would need a receipt, I pulled up my payment on the doordash site because this is a receipt. The Manager would not accept it as a receipt even after she verified my purchase. Doodash wasn't any help either. Do they not realize that not all dash drivers give the customers their receipt with the purchase. I WILL NOT shop here again.

Overall I think this is one of the better Walgreens locations and is open 24 hours. I have never had any issues with the pharmacy drive thru. The vaccines do seem to overwhelm the pharmacy staff and slow up the inside greatly. I have seen the pharmacy staff be short and snippy with some customers, but those customers deserved it. It was always a customer trying to jump the line and/or being rude to both the staff and other customers. They have always been polite and helpful with me.

The store is great but the pharmacy is a mess. Actually, the pharmacist himself is wonderful; it’s his female technician that’s atrocious! Super rude and unprofessional. At first I thought it might be an off day, but she’s like that all the time. Definitely switching pharmacies after my latest interaction.

This Walgreens is the worst! The pharmacy technician was so rude and did not listen. She was even rudder to the gentleman next to me there for a Covid shot, she treated him like dirt. I have been to a lot of Walgreens and do not expect stealer customer service from them but this one is ridiculous. I was there trying to get a prescription filled that me wife desperately needed after a surgery she was in the process of getting. I left here empty handed but to my surprise, I received excellent service at another Walgreens a few minutes away.
