READ REVIEWS - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased nasal spray last year and received it with the cap unable to be opened per the instructions. I called and Dennis had me pry off the cap with a screwdriver and said it happens often. Fast forward to today, received 2 items and both of them had the same defective caps and I was told if i cant figure out how to open them I will have to send back, I waited for them and need to take them now, no sympathy at all, very rude named Christine!! ** reply to your reply 12/14/21 Your reply is not accurate, you claimed you have not had any other customers ever have any problems opening caps, when in fact your pharmacist commented a year ago the first time it happened to me that it happens often and instructed me to use a screw driver to get the cap off. In addition your offer to replace the prescription was only after I would first have to mail my prescription back to the pharmacy.

Hopkinton Drug is a great pharmacy with great customer service. The first time I ordered medication from them, I received the envelope that should have had my medication in it but it was empty. Someone had stolen it between it getting shipped and it arriving at my house. HD immediately overnighted my medication to me in a box that was thoroughly taped up so no one could just open it easily and take it. I have not ever had another issue like that but if I did, I know they would help me. Thank you, Hopkinton Drug!

I love this pharmacy! I am taking low-dose naltrexone for my autoimmune diseases as well as cancer and they compound this medication for me. I always received my prescription in a timely fashion as well as I love the ease of re-ordering. Once I downloaded the app it literally takes seconds to submit my refill. Thank you Hopkinton pharmacy!

Hopkinton Drug is the premiere compounding pharmacy for chronic illness. Dennis is outstanding and takes the time to explain things without rushing and thoroughly. The staff are always friendly like a corner mom and pop store and they are prompt in getting mixtures shipped out! Thank you guys for making it so easy!

Horrible customer service. If you need your medication fast, go to another compounding pharmacy. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my necessary medication after they told me 5 to 7 business days. I even asked the pharmacist if they could get it sooner since i had to wait so long for the prescription. If i went to my normal compounding pharmacy it would have been 1 to 2 business days. I had to call them because it was so late and they were just making it that day. I was so mad it gave me stress and insomnia. Not even a call to let their customers know it was running late.

I’m very impressed with the knowledge and expertise from everyone at Hopkington Drug. They take the time to review my meds and what to expect when taking them. They really care about their customers and offer suggestions for other med options to discuss with my doctor when necessary. They have a great turn around time and are great with communication. I would highly recommend them.

The pharmacy is terrible. I needed a compounded medication for my dog which they claimed they had to get an ingredient on something they'd been getting regular orders for each month. They call me days after I sent in for a refill to let me know of this and left a voicemail. I called them back and the pharmacist was extremely rude, not answering questions and I come to find out by multiple people that they've had the same experience. Bring your business elsewhere as they are very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
