BB&T

Ive seen the negative comments here and I understand greatly. If they have great reviews then its from their friends not customers. The tellers are rude at this location especially Melanie. They told an employee from a restaurant that they dont have no 1s or 5s or never have coin change. A bank with no small bills?? Its no such thing as being overworked and understaffed when most time they are sitting down. Ive never seen this location busy its no need to be rude and unprofessional. ~gwen

Walgreens

Worst pharmacy on the planet. Needed to pick up insulin prescription that they called me and said was ready. Get to Walgreens and it’s closed because of “shortage of staff” but interesting enough I called and the guy who answers says he works in the pharmacy 🙄 and they are short of staff so they just closed the pharmacy and just have it filled somewhere else🙄 a prescription that has already ran through my insurance! Ignorant and unprofessional and this pharmacy feels it’s ok to go without life threatening conditions medication…bc they can not staff up enough to pass out prescriptions they already filled! This is a horrible Walgreens and worst customer service! ~Irene

The UPS Store

I use this UPS location to do Amazon returns on a pretty regular basis. The staff is always friendly and professional. I’m in and out in under 5 minutes. I’m always greeted courteously and I’m also offered assistance in general when I have my 1-year-old daughter with me. ~Brandy

Instant Imprints

I ordered a banner from an online company and was warned that it wouldn't make it in time for the event. So I found instant imprint on Google and called to get a banner made in a hurry. The team was very friendly and helpful. Communication was top notch and the banner was ready a day early. Funny enough the banner from the online company arrived the same day and I have to say that the quality of the Instant imprint banner was SO much better! I'm very happy with the product and service and will return. Highly recommended! ~Tracey

Kroger

This is the worst run Kroger I’ve ever seen. There are NEVER any carts inside which leaves costumers scrambling back into the parking lot to find carts (this is both dangerous and unsanitary as they have not been sterilized between uses). When you finally find a cart it isn’t even a Kroger cart; It’s from the food depot across the highway! Once you get inside it isn’t much better. Poorly stocked shelves, having to use grocery bags for produce, and once you check out you have to walk single file because they have just piled carts (that should be used by the customers) up at the exit with to go orders that have not been sorted (and nobody there doing it). I’ve tried to give this place a chance (coming 8-10 times), but it gets worse every time I go. If you think I’m lying just look at the pictures. ~Matthew

Atlanta Road Body Shop

WOW! This place is so professional! Scott met with me and gave me a great quote on the work. The technicians that did the body work and painting did such an amazing job. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The fit and finish are PERFECT! The staff are pleasant and communication through the process was spot on. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Atlanta Rd Body Shop!! Services: Body & Trim, Painting ~L

Wade Ford, Inc.

I brought my vehicle to Wade Ford, in Smyrna, GA to get an oil change and ended up getting the works and all transmission and engine oil changed. Basically, a tune up since it is reaching 100k. Now, I am unsure if anything was done. It's been a month and my vehicle should not be needing an oil change. The sticker says 103,000 miles for next oil change and I am not even at 100k. I brought my vehicle in at over 98k miles. Nonetheless, I am taking to a different Ford Dealership to see what service was actually done to my car. ~Lina
