Just had the worst customer service experience of my life. After an incredibly long wait for help with the self-checkout an employee named Cathy accosted me and my partner and wouldn’t let us leave without seeing our reciept for the groceries we rung up in front of her. The problem? No receipt printed. We told her this repeatedly and offered any resource we could to prove that we payed for it but she continued to print incorrect receipts and at one point even had the nerve to suggest that we scan all the food again and pay for it a second time, all while refusing to allow us to leave with the groceries we payed for, even going so as to grab the cart and restrain me physically. That is absolutely unacceptable and who knows how many families she’s double-charged with her stubbornness and refusal to listen. It was only after we attempted to take our groceries and leave without her permission that she got a manager to help us. He was wonderful and thankfully kept the issue from escalating but unless some sort of action is taken I will not be returning

I always come to this Kroger for a pick up it’s convenient because I live close, I checked in on the app that I was on my way about 15 min before I got here. Then I get here and check in to spot #3 waited and watched for about 15 min 2 coworkers outside chillen the 2 more come outside just to have a conversation. I started calling the store no answer because the are all outside. Very unprofessional. I have a sick new born to get home to and this is supposed to be an easy process. I’ve been here for a pick up when they are busy and waited for a long time for my order but that’s understandable when busy but I was the only car out here and another car came while I was calling and they got attended first ?!?!

I mean. It’s a bad Kroger. They do almost everything wrong. I’m absolutely shocked any time I come into this store and there are actually carts available and I don’t have to go back out into the parking lot to find one. The shelves seem to be stocked once every two weeks. The employees literally act like they are going out of their way to ignore you and not do their jobs. It’s noticeably filthy almost everywhere. Not to mention, their “security” is so bad it’s almost comedic. I’ve literally WATCHED people stuff items in their pockets and then walk right past security without being stopped as they exited. If I saw it, security did too. And if you plan to shop here, prepare to factor in AT LEAST another 15-20 minutes just to buy your groceries. The staff here not only has NO IDEA how to manage a line, they move like they are trying to win a “slowest cashier on earth” contest. They just don’t care at all. The only exception I’ve seen to this at this location is an older gentleman named Terry who I see almost every time I come in and the man seems to be the only person interested in coming to work to WORK. He’s usually at the customer service counter by himself trying desperately to keep up with the always massive line and he does his best but he’s just one guy. They always just stand the poor man over there with no help and every time I have spoken to him he has been beyond professional, kind, and courteous but you can literally see the exhaustion and frustration in his eyes. Do better. For Terry. You’re lucky to have him there.

Pay attention to where you shop !! Coolers full of mold that haven’t been cleaned in who know hows long. I can smell the mold even through my mask. Mold on produce as well. Expired products still on the shelves to be sold.

For one of your larger Krogers, the shelves are not always stocked. Really like the sushi options, but the sushi rice is too hard (the real purpose of the review). Please cook the rice more...Publix and Sprouts are competing with their sushi options and they are winning right now. Time to get in the game.

They’re always out of so many items. If they’re not out of produce, they out or canned items. If not canned items, they’re out of snacks / cookies. If not out of those, they’re out of all pet supplies you could want (especially cat food and cat litter). Publix used to be too expensive, but now Kroger starts to intrude on their prices (without offering anywhere near the same service). I think I’m going to switch to Publix from Kroger. It’s probably worth the $20 premium on my $300 grocery bill each week to have stocked shelves and helpful staff (plus baggers who are actually trained and know what they’re doing)

Geri at checkout when over and beyond helping me find a spoon for my yogurt. I could not get amanager to call or come by to give the compliment. I waited 20 min..them I called back, no manager again. Then I called corporate, no answer there either. Shame.

This is my multiple bad experience shopping here. The black security guard woman ( sorry, she wasn’t wearing any name tag), was hovering over me the whole time I was just trying to check out, I have this full, heavy load of groceries, she asks if I scanned the three bags of cat litter. Which, I politely replied “Yea I did”, plus I said she could look at my receipt. Yet, as I’m scanning and paying for over $100 worth of groceries, she has someone check that I did in fact scan the cat litters, and guess what… I actually did!!! So she wasted the associate’s time and made me embarrassed and feel bad for no reason. And this isn’t the first time this security guard lady has treated me like this and for no reason! I always try to be nice and polite and she discriminates and has a very bad attitude. If I had more money, I’d go to Publix!

Easily the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. There’s usually only one check out line open with an employee, never any baggers so you have to rush to bag your own groceries so you’re not holding up the ridiculously long line due to the fact that it’s likely the only one open. Items are constantly out of stock. Baskets and carts are rare to find. Not nearly enough staff to help on self check lines out even though they force you to use it since it’s usually all that’s available. Save your time and go literally anywhere else. This is not just a one time experience, it’s every time. I unfortunately force myself to go just due to my proximity to the location and gas points but even that is starting to not be worth it.

This is the worst run Kroger I’ve ever seen. There are NEVER any carts inside which leaves costumers scrambling back into the parking lot to find carts (this is both dangerous and unsanitary as they have not been sterilized between uses). When you finally find a cart it isn’t even a Kroger cart; It’s from the food depot across the highway! Once you get inside it isn’t much better. Poorly stocked shelves, having to use grocery bags for produce, and once you check out you have to walk single file because they have just piled carts (that should be used by the customers) up at the exit with to go orders that have not been sorted (and nobody there doing it). I’ve tried to give this place a chance (coming 8-10 times), but it gets worse every time I go. If you think I’m lying just look at the pictures.
