WOW! This place is so professional! Scott met with me and gave me a great quote on the work. The technicians that did the body work and painting did such an amazing job. Amazing work!! Very popular family owned business. Stephen found that my inside tire thread had busted apart basically shutting down my road trip I was supposed to take the next morning. He scheduled an appointment for me to get new tires first thing in the morning so I could still take my trip. Very glad he took the extra time to check everything out even though they were just doing minor repairs. Ask for Stephen!!

I had an auto claim appointment to drop off my car to be serviced. However, when I walked in the door no one greeted me the guy who saw me made me wait about 2 minutes before he came out to help ( unprofessional). Now the system with my insurance company show they had availabilities. He stated that there were no availabilities for the day and I was not able to drop my car off. The attitude I got from this situation is that they DIDN'T want my business. Not playing the race card but this shop may not be for people who look like me. Ijs👎🏿👎🏿

After my vehicle was hit while in a parking lot, the other driver's insurance instructed me to choose a body shop for the repair work. A friend had used Atlanta Road Body Shop before and was quite pleased with the work. I'm glad I chose ARBS for my repairs! My vehicle looks great! They were thorough, professional, personable, and even with the delays in getting needed parts and working with the insurance for added repairs needed, the work was completed in a timely manner. Great service. I needed some cosmetic issues fixed, some pieces replaced, but at a good price as it wasn’t insurance covered (out of pocket). I worked with Jeff, he saw what I needed, heard me what I was asking, and was very patient when I was indecisive on the work I wanted to go with. He provided different estimates for what I was looking for. Since it was a non-emergency situation (vehicle was completely safe to drive), I had to book a month ahead, but they were able to get my parts in and I was able to get it completed much earlier than scheduled.
