I knew I wanted Buckhead Collision to do the body repair on my car because they are one of the very few Volvo certified in the city. It turned out to be one the best decisions I made in 2020. When I walked into the shop, Scott asked when I wanted to leave the car and I said I was on a wait list with Hertz through State Farm to get a rental. (Meanwhile, for seven days I got in and out of the passenger side.) He immediately called State Farm, told them the situation and asked them to pay for a rental through Enterprise. They obliged and within 30 minutes there was an SUV delivered to me at Buckhead Collision with satellite radio! That was just the beginning of the incredible service I received from Buckhead Collision. I am so impressed. Service: Body & Trim

Buckhead Collision is the worst run business. Bad service and non-existent customer service. I took my vehicle in on Jun20 for an estimate and received a quote for two minor repairs for about $1,500. Estimate and appraiser named George said it would take 7 days and put it in writing. On Friday Jun26 at 6am I dropped off my vehicle with Scott. Said they would get working on it. Monday Jul9, 10 days later I still had not heard any updates or had any communication from Scott or anyone. I called for an update and Scott was not around and said they would have him get back to me. The next day around 5pm Scott emails and says the vehicle will be ready end of day Wednesday Jul 11. Then Wednesday Scott emails and says it will now be ready Friday Jul13. Then Friday comes and Scott emails again and says now it will be Monday Jul16. Its now going on 9 days past original estimate a total of 18 days and no one has even apologized. I’ve now had to rent a vehicle for 18 days and counting almost what it cost for the repairs. I will never use Buckhead Collision again and caution anyone else to shop around and look for other businesses that treat their customers with respect and provide service that they promise.

I was so pleased with all aspects of the repair on my Honda Civic!!! They were recommended to me by my insurance company and everything was a dream. We have gorgeous trees in our yard and a HUGE branch fell on my poor little Civic (extensive damage- borderline totaled). They were prompt, courteous and the communication was 5 stars. For example, my car came to me fully detailed when I picked it up after repair!!! Scott was polite and never did the “run around” with me. I had everything from my rental car to vehicle repairs taken care of without any stress. I would go to these guys any day of the week with car problems/enhancements. Beyond pleased. 5 stars all day!!!!!
