Ate Herr earlier this week with my family of four. The place had a great atmosphere. The staff was quick and the manager made a point to check on us twice. She recommended the lamb shank which was amazing. Our server was great and our drinks never went dry. Wonderful place to eat I'll be back again.

Absolutely phenomenal! Pasta trio is what I got and it was amazing in every way! The staff are super nice and very polite! Really helps to make you feel welcome! I wish I lived closer to come more often! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately it's the usual poor service and food experience that you find at a lot of Italian restaurants. There just isn't an "Italian" section of town. The waiter may have been Italian. No, the pasta is not made in house and it's not aldente. It's not on the beach it's right off the bridge. They can probably accommodate large groups.

Horrible experience. Server bad, beef over cooked.. Was seated at 5:15 pm, ordered an appetizer. Received cheese appetizer with 2 slices of bread. Six people at table. Asked for more bread, got basket with 6 pcs. Waited time for water and drinks. Never had water refills at table, or drink reorders. Asked the waiter at 6:30 to check on our order. He said it takes time to make it fresh. watched him and he never checked with kitchen Got manager involved at 7:00 pm. Food up in 10 min. All beef items ordered medium well. Came out well. One of our party sent hers back. The other two were too hungry and frustrated. It was a horrible night. We will never go back It took use almost 2 hours to get out food while we watched the table around us get come in, get served, and another table get next meals. If they can't handle a group of 6. Don't accept reservation s. Felt completely ignored t

The texture and liquid content was spot on. Not too heavy but no water run off. The meat was tender and with the spices and garlic it was a real treat. If you trust an Italian to review an Italian restaurant then try this place. Not especially cheap but worth the splurge.

This place is a gem. We live an hour away and we will now be dining here regularly. Best Italian food we have ever had. Hands down. True authentic Italian. The chicken parmesan and the sacchatini with vodka sauce were out of this world.the escargot was amazing! The waiter James was phenomenal as well.

We made a reservation on a Saturday evening, seated prompt and our waiter was very nice, food was delicious, great atmosphere, bread served when seated. Parking in lot can be tight but go around to back for additional parking, we didn't see that and parked on the metered street spots, cheap enough for 2 hrs. Great dining experience
