Wow where do I start from ?! AMAZING SERVICE! The manager Cameron was terrific! Understanding, dependable and very caring! I had rented a car for a few days and by the time I dropped off the vehicle i was exhausted- so exhausted that I forgot my wallet in the car!!! I was panicking, and wasn’t sure what i was going to do since I live about 3 hours away! I called and spoke to Cameron and he was kind enough to send my belongings overnight through FedEx! I offered to pay for the service of course but he said he will take care of it! Just an amazing experience! Joshua was great as well! Took care of my entire reservation and car was ready to go as soon as I arrived! I totally recommend going to this location!

Whilst I enjoyed the seamless service to rent the car, returning the car was a painful experience. I rented the car for a month and my return date was set for the 17th of July - a Sunday. A week earlier, I called to confirm if that was a truly valid return date and the client rep advised me to return on the 17th at 10am. On getting there, I found that they were closed on Sunday, I not only wasted the trip to and from the office, but would have gotten billed an extra day, if I was not extending my rental period. I see no reason why you set my return for Sunday knowing fully that you are not open. It’s simply ridiculous!

I called ahead to make sure to reserve a car for me. Thinking I was going to get a car similar to mine, at least 4-door, while it was in the shop, they tried to give me a compact car and said all other cars were taken. They asked me several times the type of car I drove as if that was going to make a difference in what I'm given. A smaller car was not going to be ideal because of family members. I asked them several times for something and they kept declining, yet it seemed everyone else was getting what they wanted. It was quite upsetting. They were not very friendly about it. They claimed if I can take that one, that maybe something else would arrive the following day and no I'm not trying to travel back and forth for proper transportation especially if there was no guarantee that something was coming in, she couldn't even tell me what was arriving. So which excuse was valid? One minute the reason she said was because nothing was available, the next excuse was because of the liable person's insurance wasn't going to cover but so much. I wasn't sure that was 100% true because in the past, I've been in a similar situation where an accident was not of my fault and I was able to be given a Jeep while my Optima was being worked on after originally being offered a smaller car. It felt like a run around, and sure maybe there was nothing available but why tell me one min to come back the next day if insurance wasn't going to play a factor. Mauldin's Enterprise was way better in the past that Woodruff Rd.

Now I gotten car in different parts of the country and fell in love with then. My guy Tony wasn't in at Budget but I will go back to them. He offered to upgrade me or give me a different one in general. There was an issue and the issue was resolved quickly. Good management.

As a customer of Enterprise for over 20 years, I have never had an issue with them in any interaction we have ever had. I have rented over multiple states for various reasons from business to pleasure. This experience is a one off but still needs to be shared. My reservation was made by a claims adjuster for my auto insurance because my vehichle was involved in an accident. Upon arriving at the Woodruff location I was greeted by a representative. She asked me for my ID and a credit card. I explained I called ahead and was told a debit card was okay but required a $50 deposit. I do not use credit cards these days but in emergencies only and was not understanding why I was told one thing but then asked for another. The representative then said because my ID was from out of state. This makes sense, however we just moved here and I had not yet had a chance to change my ID. I asked what else could I provide to show I am now a resident of this state? She said nothing. I would need a credit card and that was it. I then asked for a manager and she responded I am the manager. After leaving, I again called the 800 number then another local enterprise that said as long as I had proof of two utilities having been paid up to date, I could rent the car. I later called to ask the young ladys name and was told Megan but then told by Christina, who put me on hold to let Megan know a customer had callled to complain, came back and said she couldnt tell me her full name. Needless to say, I got the rental. My problem lies with 1) Megan not willing to help or look into the matter further, nor offer any options. She knew the insurance was paying for the rental, (wasnt like this was a self pay reservation), she knew my Mercedes-Benz was at the dealership being worked on, she knew the address through the insurance company itself. So why be such a Karen? Where was I going? Had she looked up my number or my account she would see I have been with Enterprise longer than she has been alive. Alittle compassion and understanding goes along way these days. 2) She misrepresented the company by saying she was the manager. She is a supervisor/team lead if you will but not the manager. That is a different income level. I appreciate the Greer, Wade Hampton office for Michael and his team.
