Best car rental agency in Greenville, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Everything was fine until we tried to return the car. My wife refilled before returning, but they still wanted to charge for the tank not being full. Is she supposed to push the car back after refilling? You're now losing future local business over $1 worth of gas. Great management decision. ~Chad

Wow where do I start from ?! AMAZING SERVICE! The manager Cameron was terrific! Understanding, dependable and very caring! I had rented a car for a few days and by the time I dropped off the vehicle i was exhausted- so exhausted that I forgot my wallet in the car!!! I was panicking, and wasn’t sure what i was going to do since I live about 3 hours away! I called and spoke to Cameron and he was kind enough to send my belongings overnight through FedEx! I offered to pay for the service of course but he said he will take care of it! Just an amazing experience! Joshua was great as well! Took care of my entire reservation and car was ready to go as soon as I arrived! I totally recommend going to this location! ~Chana

My experience yesterday was Great!!! I was speaking with Phil their new manager and he handled everything with excellence!! Upon returning the rental SUV he was kind and very efficient! It took about 5 minutes and I really appreciate him taking care of me! He had several issues to help me with and he kept his word to help me expedite the return of the SUV and my deposit money. I had plenty of space to park in and it was a great experience. Thank you Phil and your Team at Enterprise!! You're the best!!! ~Deborah
