This place is pretty rundown and the guy who was helping me get a car was pretty clueless about his job. Finally his colleague stepped in and saved the day. Usually Enterprise is much better organized and professional.

My experience yesterday was Great!!! I was speaking with Phil their new manager and he handled everything with excellence!! Upon returning the rental SUV he was kind and very efficient! It took about 5 minutes and I really appreciate him taking care of me! He had several issues to help me with and he kept his word to help me expedite the return of the SUV and my deposit money. I had plenty of space to park in and it was a great experience. Thank you Phil and your Team at Enterprise!! You're the best!!!

I was able to confirm my rental reservation ahead of time. The service agent at this location was professional, courteous and got me on my way in my rental in a time fashion without any issues. The vehicle was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my road trip. I would consider renting from this location again.

This location does not have good customer service. We were specifically told we would be charged for two days for the damage waiver, and we could cancel it on the third day without being charged. My fiance went in to cancel on the third day, and the employee claimed he had no way to override the system and we would be charged regardless. Really frustrating experience, especially since we were told we could cancel by the manager.

Extremely helpful and pleasant employees. Had a nice selection of cars. Called the day prior to as for something special on our reservation (make sure SUV had a 3rd row seat) and they did a great job accommodating. Good rates, too. If you book though Costco, you get a free extra driver.
