Absolutely Garbage. Worst decision I made in my life !!!! They talk different price and then change price and make you pay. Very poor quality used parts with scratches. I read good reviews and go there but they disappointed me. Stay away folks. Service: Body & Trim

I wish I could give Reid’s Body Shop more than 5 stars. I was in a wreck and the tow truck took almost 4 hours to arrive. Robbie stayed open late to make sure my car had somewhere to go after a stressful day of sitting on the side of the road in downtown Atlanta. Highly recommend this place. Shout out to Robbie for his kindness and compassion.

I love supporting local business, and these guys are friendly and straightforward and worked well within my insurance coverage budget to get my car fixed after someone hit it--twice. And for things that aren't covered, they offer fair prices and are good about not trying to upsell you on expensive fixes you don't need. Highly recommended. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I would've given them four stars within the year after the work was done, but after a year the painted trim started peeling (both the paint and the trim). Later when I needed engine work done elsewhere, I found out they'd riveted the bumper and fender together instead of repairing the bumper connectors, which made the bumper very difficult to remove and reattach. This added several hours of labor to an already expensive repair.

I truly cannot recommend this place enough. They have helped me a couple times now and are wonderful people who do an excellent job at a very fair and honest price. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Extra shoutout to Robbie for always giving me options that will allow me to repair my car in the most sensible and economical option that works for my budget. The before and afters of their work is always so surprising and well done. Don't hesitate to come here if you're trying to find a great local repair shop with equally great people and service. Would never go anywhere else!

My car was recently hit in a parking lot and it left a dent and scratches on the driver side door. I took it to Reid’s to get an estimate the very next day and Chad quoted me a reasonable price and told me they could get it done in a day. I brought my car in around 8:30am and it was done by 2:30pm! I was very impressed with the work and service. It looks like nothing ever happened! Happy to have found a body shop I will use in the future if anything ever happens again! Great people and great service!

Wow. I'm new to Atlanta and so glad that this place is nearby. The professionalism and hospitality shown at this body shop is SECOND TO NONE! Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and sociable. They made me feel very welcome. They were also super knowledgable and made it clear that they would do everything possible to help me and my car. I found my new regular body shop. I highly, highlyyyy recommend.
