Daryl Byrd is an excellent salesman. We told him what we wanted and he mada it happen. He wasn't pushy like a lot of salesmen are. As soon as we were done with Daryl we went right in to talk to the finance lady ( I'm sorry I forgot her name). She was super nice and very helpful. Once again, we told her what we could pay and she got as close to that price as she could. Thank you to Nissan for your excellent customer service. We will definitely be back if we ever need another vehicle.

The only positive thing about Nissan Headquarters was my salesman Mr Darryl. Other than him I have never been so embarrassed not one time but two times here as well as my parents were embarrassed as well. Two whole days were wasted dealing with them. Everything was good with Mr Darryl but once this lady got involved everything went downhill. She didn’t introduce herself to us she just started randomly asking me questions that I thought should’ve been asked the first day we came instead of the second time when we were asked to come back and was promised I’d leave in a brand new car. My parents ended up having to drive to Lagrange to get me a new car which was a better deal and interest rate than what Nissan offered. So now I’m driving a 2023 car after going through drama with Nissan for a 2021 car with a cracked windshield!

Nissan has always taken great care of me. I received oil changes for life, since my husband was military. Their waiting area is clean & nicely stocked with snacks and beverages. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My service rep, Kayla, was great & professional! Definitely plan to visit Headquarters when I replace my current Nissan.

Entered the showroom around 12:30pm on a Saturday for an appraisal. Greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who advised that they don’t do appraisals on the weekends unless it’s a trade-in. Looking around, noticed two other sales crew seated near the entrance appearing bored. There were two young ladies in casual conversation behind the hostess podium. Asked the pleasant guy to bring the manager to me to discuss an appraisal since the dealership clearly was not busy. The pleasant guy left me to go to another part of the building, OFF the sales floor. While pleasant guy was gone, asked the two seated sales guys WHY was the dealership so quiet on a Saturday. One of the gents shared that now is back-to-school time, so business is very slow as parents’ priorities are on school supplies. After a short time, pleasant guy RE-appeared and beckoned me to the opposite side of the building to chat with the manager, who was sitting in his office. The manager greeted me from behind his desk (still seated) then proceeded to assure me that he was the only manager on-duty and that Headquarters Nissan only conducts appraisals 9am til 5pm during the week. Disappointed in the dismally pathetic non-customer service, I thanked the manager for wasting my time and turned to leave. Pleasant guy held the door open for me. On a busy day, the manager’s response would have been a reasonable response. However, in consideration of EVERY visible employee standing or sitting idly around the showroom floor, it was quite unreasonable to deny basic customer service.

We are a Nissan family, this is our third Nissan purchase and I love the great and friendly staff. The service is excellent. The phone linked me to what service was needed and let me know when it was ready to be pick-up. I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I made an appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection. The day prior to my appointment time, my wife experienced a dead battery and had to be jump started. She took the car to a battery shop and they told her the battery had a dead cell. I told her hold off on buying a new battery since we had an appointment at Headquarter Nissan the next day. Today, at the appointment, they checked the battery and told her it did NOT have a dead cell. Cody, my service technician has always been honest, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Headquarter Nissan Service Department.

I went in for routine maintenance and received great service. The tech greeted me professionally and knew what I had come in for (I had an appointment so they were expecting me). The work was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. The waiting room staff was friendly and made sure the patrons had fresh coffee and snacks while our vehicles were being serviced. Two thumbs up.

When I purchased my car I had a problem. The General Manager Quinten Jackson and sales agent Terry Browning went out of there way to make me happy. Things happen in life but it was so nice to know that they cared and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I will never forget their kindness. I will be a return customer. I will also tell others how they went above and beyond the call of duty. I would give them 10 stars.

Came in for my 20,000 mile oil change service. Set up an appointment got me in quick on arrival immediately started work on my vehicle right away and was done very quickly watch them perform the work through the glass in the waiting room service techs looked and seemed to move with precision.
