UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER... 2 stars to 4 stars! While I use the pharmacy to which I changed at the time of review for my intermittent needs, my monthly RX is often out of stock all over town. I found CVS on Miller Rd. to be the only location that always has it in stock, so for the last 1.5 - 2 years, I've had it called in to CVS. They've refined their records system and the process to fill/refill meds until it's a well-oiled machine. The only reason I've given it less than 5 stars is that it is still a pretty rigorous effort to talk with anyone in the pharmacy, although most things are covered in their informational menu... And no more, "Can you hold?" (Click, and perpetual silence.) With patience, you actually get a real person if it's really important. Thanks, CVS! The retail side of the store is fine, and my only experience requiring help was very positive. As for the pharmacy, go ANYWHERE but here! They WILL NOT answer their phones; I have witnessed this while standing at the counter ATTEMPTING to get the prescriptions that were sent over from another (closing) pharmacy entered into their system. They are a busy pharmacy, obviously, but even when technicians are just standing around they will not answer their phones to answer questions that would allow one to avoid a potentially unnecessary trip to their counter, where one must endure yet another wait. More importantly to me, they were unconcerned that my records sent to them from my previous pharmacy were somewhere "in limbo" or that I needed refills immediately and could not get them until that information was located and entered into their system. Ultimately, they never did get my transferred records into the system. I waited without my daily medication for a full two weeks after I knew my records had been transferred to them before I gave up on them and had my doctor call in new prescriptions... to a different pharmacy! I also found their price for two of my three prescriptions was OUTLANDISH compared to all the other pharmacies I called before choosing an alternative -- and while price is Super Important to me, it is the absolute last reason on my very long list of reasons NOT to use this pharmacy.

Good place to stop for a quick soda, item that needs last minute purchasing (small gift or candy). Woefully understaffed, the nice lady at the front has to manage both the malfunctioning self checkout and the line. Empty shelves, maybe because of the pandemic, but I doubt it because their sister shops are full. Ample parking, Redbox and propane available.

Called about two prescriptions when we got to the second one the rep told me she had to go and I needed to call back because she had other customers to assist. Mind you I was already in drive through waiting. By the time I got to the window she tells me they don’t have my prescription and I need to go somewhere else. A total waste of my time.

Amy went above and beyond to help me in my moment of need! I was running behind in making it to a birthday gathering and was having trouble connecting my Android to their printing machinery (was part of my birthday present to the friend I was in a hurry to meet), and Amy totally took over and helped me expedite my order. Cannot thank you enough for such great customer service, especially when in such a hurry! Thanks again, Amy!

This pharmacy isn't even worth one star. Everytime I have my son precription filled it's always a problem. This time they told me his insurance was showing terminated at the end of January. I told her that a lie his insurance comes out of my account every month. I gave her his insurance card and guess what?! Everything was fine! I had to wait additional time to get his prescription filled when they should have called me when there was a problem in the first place. So I parked waited about 10 minutes. Pull back around and she puts my medicine in the drawer and didn't say anything. I said is that it and she just shook her head. I drove off. I will never use them again. I hate CVS 🤬🤬🤬

If I could leave 0 stars I would I just got off the phone not too long ago with one of the pharmaceutical reps and I was asking them if they could move my precription somewhere else due to them not taking my insurance anymore. As I was explaining it to him he yelled at me twice as well as cut me off mid sentence twice telling me he can’t do anything about it unless the doctor calls him and proceeds to hang up on me and putting my prescription on hold. Worse experience I have had yet, would say go somewhere else with better service they aren’t worth the hassle and rudeness.

I was at CVS on MIller Rd this morning to get a few necessities. While one aisle away from the cash register, I heard a customer come in to return an item. At first I didn't really pay attention. I heard her say something about "her mother", and then...the worst profanity you can imagine. She "informed" the cashier that she had worked at a CVS, and she knew the policy about returns. I could not hear the cashier except her apology that she could only give the customer a store gift card for the return. I was surprised to hear that because I know CVS has not been taking returns during the pandemic. The cashier (Iana) was amazingly calm as the customer continued her profane rant and "graciously" accepted a gift card. I felt so bad for the cashier. I told her I was sorry she had to experience that, and I hoped she doesn't have that happen often. Iana went on to help me with a coupon "issue" and was as nice as you could want. Can you imagine how the customer would have felt had she been the cashier (if she had worked at CVS), and someone dealt with her in that manner?

We have just moved here and I was trying to get my daughter's prescriptions transferred. I called and was placed on eternal hold immediately with not even a human to tell me they were doing so. When I finally got a human after my 6th eternal hold, I explained to her what I needed and was immediately told that sorry we are 4 hours behind and we close in 3.... seriously! I called back 2 days later was placed on eternal hold once again, when I got a human I was told it would be 24-48 hours before the pharmacist would even call! Told me to try somewhere else, limited staff hours had been cut! Seriously CVS! Worst customer service ever!

This is by far the worst CVS in the area. After having multiple miserable shopping experiences with Miller Rd CVS, I will no longer shop at this location. Conveniently located a mile up my road, I vow to drive straight past it and continue another 2 miles to Moon Rd, where I have NEVER had a bad experience. At the Miller Rd location expect to never be greeted upon, long lines, and a very rude shift supervisor DANA who doesn't care about her customers. This happens to me every time I go. Being a patient and kind and considerate person, I have given them numerous second chances. Of course, it helps that the store is VERY convenient to me. This morning was the last straw. They screwed up my photo order and not once apologized for the the error and inconvenience. I was treated like I was the problem, when in fact it was their system. It took Dana three tries to finally get the amount corrected, and each time I was the one saying sorry when in fact, she should have! I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to. Stay far away!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. It took 3 calls over 4 days to get my prescription transfered here. Some of the employees were not polite, friendly, or knowledgeable. The price they gave me for my prescriptions was astronomical compared with other pharmacies. Each time I called I spent several minutes on hold, but the last time I called I hung up after 10 minutes on hold and called another pharmacy. Never again.
