Save yourself the stress and do not do business with this location! They are the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I was told 4 days ago, by one of the male employees that he'd have my prescriptions transferred there. He never bothered to do his job! Found this out when trying to pick up my prescriptions. Told them forget it, I'll stay where I'm at, but soon after leaving, they had the nerve to transfer my medications without permission. Asked the lady at Walmart why she transferred them and her answer was "she just assumed I wanted them transferred"...now I have to wait for everything to be transferred back to my old pharmacy to get very important medications that are needed daily. I never do reviews, but this pharmacy does not care about people's health and has the worst work ethic! I'd give the negative stars of I could, they don't even deserve the 1 star it forces you to give them in order to provide a review.

Absolutely awful. They won't take returns and they stole money from my debit card. Avoid it until they get shut down or learn to train their employees. I know it's in a poor area, but poor people can learn some customer service too if you train them.

I have nevered had any problems with any of my prescriptions it's always on time I wouldn't change this pharmacy for anything..

I hate them! They never have my prescription and when ithe does come in they give it to someone else and I have to freaking suffer I really need to change my pharmacy!!!

This pharmacy is garbage. I received an RX after a major abdominal surgery and took it to this Walmart as it is closest to home. The RX clearly stated 30 pills. However, the pharmacist only gave me 22 pills. The assistant manager began accusing me when I inquired about the missing medication, and I overheard her saying she needed “muscle.” That’s when a huge guy came, along with a cop and loss prevention. I’m not a pill head by any means, but the judgement was quickly passed this evening as soon as they realized it was an opioid I was shorted on. Their only explanation was that I must have dropped the missing pills in the parking lot or something. Someone’s ecstatic tonight with 7 extra narcotics. I hope me being in pain is worth it. So tired of people not wanting to do their job correctly, and then accusing the customer when they are called out on it. Walmart, you may want to investigate your employees at this location. Something’s fishy.

I switch my prescription over to Walmart because it's close to the house. What the service at Walmart ,and very unprofessional. My prescription was called in last week and haven't received yet. This is what happen when you deal with black people. Switching it back over to Publix.
