Do not take your car to this Goodyear. I brought my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport here for a simple oil change and emissions.. They suggested changing the tires (as they always do) I declined. My car was running perfectly with no problems. Very shortly after the oil change my oil pressure light begin to come on. I took it back to them and they said nothing was wrong that they just forgot to reset it after the oil change. 3 days after the oil pressure light continued to come on. I took it back to them and they advised me that they would have to charge me $125 for a diagnostic test. Mind you absolutely nothing was triggering with the car prior to the oil change that they had done. I immediately emailed called their sister store (on Cobb Parkway) and asked how to contact the owner. I then sent an email that was supposed to be forwarded to the owner. The manager at their sister store contacted me and I advised him what was happening. He went and picked up my vehicle. He then ran test and discovered that my oil pressure switch was broken (how convenient). He stated that his center would fix it for free because it is "Too much of a coincidence that the oil pressure switch happens to be broken right after an oil change). Now nearly two weeks later after the sister store picked up the car I still don't have my car back. No fault of the sister store (the part wasn't readily available and supply chains are messed up). Hopefully I'll get my car back today. Bottom line DW Campbell is a reputable company but this center on Powers Ferry or should I say the people within are either incompetent or worse....crooks that would break engine parts so that you bring your car back to them and pay for items that they broke in the first place.

Very detailed explanation of what I needed to have done. Picture and computer analysis done. Very experienced technicians. I did not feel pressured to get this done immediately. Holly, Eddie and Rob took a lot of time explaining the issues with me...I really appreciate the service I received 😀!¡!

Went to have two front tires replaced. One was missing a lug nut. Said they would call me back the same day when it came in. No call. Came back two days later (Monday) at 8 am. But not just for the lug nut, Saturday evening the splash shield had come loose and I heard it dragging while on the highway. Once I parked I saw this. No apologies or responsibility was taken by the service manager. Jamir however was AMAZING. Very patient and understanding. The lug nut was replaced (after I waited for two hours). The service manager DID however try and sell me two new tires. I was/am too livid to have engaged them at the store. But I will spread through every channel I can socially and online.

Literally just asked them to change the oil and change my front head light. So did the whole inspection thing and picked my car up same day- TODAY.. on the way home from work I get on the high way car wouldn’t even accelerate and guess what ??!!! It cut off in the middle of the road out of no where.. mind you my car was running perfectly fine. They looked over the car and the things that they said I don’t mind getting fixed but not for $1600.00. Oil change and light fix was $150.00… never again. They are nice and all but they did SOMETHING to my car. Poor baby sitting on side of the highway

I love Ron and his staff so much that I told my family about it. Now my sister drives from Savannah, GA, and we come drive from Fayetteville, GA, too, for the service. They always make sure we leave happy, and their suggestions on what is needed to maintain your car be spot on. I’ve brought all my vehicles to this shop.
