This is THE worst Walmart…ever! Every past experience has been terrible to grocery pick up, to online pick up, to general, in store shopping! Never again! I don’t care if they have TVs for $1! Never again!

Waited 35 min just to find out the paint place was not in working use. The girl would rather be on her phone than to find me help. Yawl need to stop all the people on their phones an get them to help people an do their jobs stocking an registers.

we waited an hour for our pickup order and weren’t even apologized to. they weren’t at all busy. they brought out orders for people that arrived 30+ minutes after us immediately. we called multiple times trying to pick up our order.

Very clean. Friendly helpful , staff, good prices and selection. Check out is easy and efficient . The staff at the express checkup was fantastic!! The register was acting up and she was so patient and fixed the problem. She was awesome

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to order groceries online but every time I go to checkout an error says they are experiencing technical difficulties. I have spent so much money at Walmart but Im so done with them. This is very frustrating so today and for now on Im doing my grocery shopping at Food Lion, I actually saved alot of money so adios para siempre Walmart.

Eden Walmart is a joke. Skip them and head to Danville. I know everyone is short staffed but purchasing a propel tank and having to wait 32 minutes on someone to show up and then not even have a key is crazy! And when I went back in to seek help after waiting the first 15 minutes, the old lady over self checkout registers was so rude and actually was yelling at me for bringing the Empty one into the store. If people would learn how to do there jobs, then I wouldn’t have to come in and seek them out! It’s 93 degrees out, I’m tired of waiting!! Tried calling the store after that, called 18 times with not a single persons ever picking up any of those calls. Calling upper management to report this stores lack of leadership skills!! Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Got my groceries here for the week, and was sweating it was so hot inside! I asked the cashier if the air was broken because she looked very hot and she informed me that it isn’t broke, they just barely turn the air on. These poor employees!!

When I need to talk to someone, they never answer their phone. My husband went to pick up an order that was said ready on app. He called them they said it wasn't ready. Other times he has waited 45 min in car while people that arrive after he did gets their order right away. Need to hire some more help in that dept.

Inside was okay, but the workers doing the carts hate their jobs (can't really blame them, though). After silently giggling at one of the young man's comments ("They need to make the customers start doing this"... He meant putting away the carts), I put my car in reverse to leave and see that I am blocked by the line of carts they are putting back. Two guys, putting back carts, blocking me in for close to 5 minutes... If we put the carts back, they wouldn't have a job. If they had done their jobs efficiently I wouldn't have been blocked in. I'm just glad I wasn't in a rush.
