I took my neighbor to pick up her new phone. She had previously been in a car accident so was unable to get around easily. When I pulled up there was an employee standing outside. I explained the situation and asked if there was any way we could do it from the car. He was very accommodating and very friendly. He brought out a chair and sat next to the car to get all the relevant information to finish the transaction. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. A beautiful example of great customer service. ~Norma

we waited an hour for our pickup order and weren’t even apologized to. they weren’t at all busy. they brought out orders for people that arrived 30+ minutes after us immediately. we called multiple times trying to pick up our order. ~Daisy
