I’ve got to say working with Joe Haarsgaard was such a breeze. He was very helpful when it came to my plan and what upgrades I was eligible for. I’m so happy with my new iPhone and Apple Watch. He even called later on to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. He definitely went above and beyond!

I took my neighbor to pick up her new phone. She had previously been in a car accident so was unable to get around easily. When I pulled up there was an employee standing outside. I explained the situation and asked if there was any way we could do it from the car. He was very accommodating and very friendly. He brought out a chair and sat next to the car to get all the relevant information to finish the transaction. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. A beautiful example of great customer service.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. Full of misinformation as far as I’m concerned. The lovely “Smiley” Jessica, told me I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade due to a financial block… although my app said I was, and I haven’t had an upgrade in 2 years. Needless to say I called 611, had a new upgraded phone otw in 10 min. The rep kindly let me know that she was 1,000% wrong and apologized. 2 yrs ago, when I became a Verizon customer, this story was awesome… now… they should probably train their employees a tad bit better. A passive aggressive smile, and wrong information, just isn’t going to cut it for me…

I honestly wish I could give them 1,000 stars. Noah, Kaleb, and Dylan are my literal heroes and they have no idea how much they helped me in such a stressful situation. Without getting into details, my family has been in a nightmare and we have been back and forth on the phone with Verizon with no solutions. I took a chance and went to the store knowing they wouldn't be able to help me, being retail, but just seeking advice. They confirmed that they couldn't help me directly, but they INSISTED on helping me through the process on the phone. Just knowing people were willing to help and support my family through this was everything to me. As much as I already said thank you, it will never be enough to truly express my gratitude. Noah, Kaleb, and Dylan are true assets to the Eden team with their expertise and genuine kindness.

I went up there and got my screen fixed. It worked for about a good 30 minutes then completely shut off.I go back up there and see what's going on and then they tell me I have to go to Reidsville verizon and get another screen put in. Do not go there and get your phone fixed. Payed 150 to get it fixed and now I have to take it somewhere else because they don't know how to do their jobs.

I went in and talked to Maria at the Eden store. She went over and beyond to help me with my ipad! No one at apple said the right thing but Maria's knowledge was anazing! Without her my ipad would not be working!! Thanks again Maria!

Cole is the man, as well as the young lady he was training. They went above and beyond for us. Went in there thinking we was getting iPhone 12 but ended up walking out with 13 pro max & an iPad. I also had 4 kids who was beyond wild but everyone was so nice and treated them well and had so much patients with all of us. This whole store was amazing, it was busy all night and every worker was so friendly and helpful to everyone. It was also a wonderful environment. I recommend this store to everyone.
