My sister ordered a delivery order, confirmation number she received back, date,time of delivery, well didn't happen, that was 2days, reordered, same thing, no delivery. Was told different stories, I wish I could post everything, but not enough room. Anyway, 5 days, two different orders, I did pick it up on the 5 the day of waiting for delivery. She was told by manager we don't deliver. She was just treated awful by Mckamey Rd store.

Came into this establishment about 10 minutes ago. Everyone checking was getting a "thank you sir", "thank you ma'am" by woman name Emmy, short Philippino or Vietnamese with short brown hair, but as soon as I check out and leave she blatantly ignores me someone with a darker skin complexion. I let things like this go most times, but today I was just not going to let that slide. Hopefully the store manager can cultivate and install better customer service, BUT it is Wal-mart, its the principle that folks dont value anymore.

Most of the time these are the best Walmart employees I've ever dealt with while working all over the country. However, I'm thinking about contacting a lawyer over an incident last week. I've been working DoorDash and hadn't received my physical debit card yet. They gave me a virtual card to use for the time being. The only way I knew how to use it was to buy Walmart eGift cards and use them at the store to eat and buy gas since they had an actual Walmart gas station there. I had been living in my vehicle until I realized I could also use my virtual card to pay for over priced hotels on Orbitz that costed me around $100 a night when I was that blessed. Anyway, I went into this Walmart and paid for the food I needed for the night with my egift card (scanned the barcode from the email) and all good like always. I forgot I needed smokes and asked the man working the self checkout. He was friendly and accommodate getting them. He carried them over to his register and proceeded to ring them up. He must have been new and couldn't figure out how to scan the code like I did just minutes before. I said, " That's ok bud I'll go over to your fuel station and buy them". As I walked off he screamed, " Hey buddy were are those cigarettes?" embarrassing the absolute hell out of me!!! I walked towards him and pointed at the counter where he had laid them and he saw them. Immediately he began to apologize but the damage was done as people had already stopped to stare, point, and judge me. I have bipolar one with psychotic features. Medicated and still have bad episodes. I'm glad I didn't direct it back on him but something needs to be done.

Pharmacy dept at this Wally World takes the time to get it right. I have a prescription not readily available at other pharmacies, but they have it and they always prepare refills swiftly. No insurance but they helped me find a rx benefit card that takes the price down. The grocery store itself has some items that the other Walmart stores don't seem to have in stock much of the time. I get more of what I came to buy, so all-in-all, though this Walmart is actually out of my way, I consider it worth the trip. An added benefit is that the store is not so large as to be overwhelming like at the super stores because of their focus on groceries. Very happy with this store.

This Walmart has gone down hill. I don’t know which is worse — employees smoking up front by the doors and around the parking lot instead of the designated smoking area or the severely lack of customer service. I believe it is both. It seems like every night employees are too busy smoking instead of working. And they are always smoking right by the front doors where it comes into the building and triggers my sister’s asthma straight into asthma attacks. I went to the McKamey Walmart to make a return that was under $5.00. I had my receipt and they were Walmart products. Dylan R., the tall, dirty blond hair boy, came over after I asked a cashier who wore a pink dress and had her brown hair in a bun to speak to a manager and told me that the registers at customer service had already been pulled and he cannot do returns, but made sure to reassure me that he was the manager on duty, but would not return my products without looking at them. I asked for a manager and he again told me he was the manager on duty, so I asked to speak to his supervisor seeing as how he refused to help me because he remembered who I was the last time I tried to return a product previously, which I also had a receipt for. He finally relented and left to go find the Team Lead on duty. I waited for five minutes, watching him and another curly haired boy look around for him. They huddled in the shampoo aisle before coming up front to speak with me. Right off the bat, the Team Lead, David Mayas, who is short with brown hair and has glasses, already planned to refuse my return and told me because it is not a Walmart product, he will not return it. I had to speak over him to tell him that they are a Walmart product before he changed his tune and asked for my receipt. He took one look at what I had and because they had “expired” he will not return it and said he can refuse whatever returns he wanted. He got loud and embarrassed me as he went on a tirade about how he can print out his policy about refusing any returns he wanted. This is ridiculous and an embarrassment. Their customer service is horrid and this store has absolutely gone downhill. David Mayas got even more mad and louder when I brought up the fact all his employees ever do is smoke next to the front doors instead of working and he gave me the store manager’s name while yelling at me that the store manager will just tell me the exact same thing. He then stomped off with Dylan R. following at his heels. Don’t shop here period. They never have product out and they will refuse to help you, especially if you have a return. It’s sad when their own employees say how awful and ugly the store lead and manager are, and how horribly they treat the employees.

This Place has the best Pharmacy. They care and are very pleasant. I talked to the pharmacist about 1 mth ago about med concerns when i returned today she asked me an update and gave me advice to talk to my physician. I really love being heard and then a positive feedback. Please keep up the good work- Don't ever change! You have given me great support!-Thank you

Super nice and clean. This has a Publix feel to it, but at a more reasonable cost. Staff were friendly and efficient.
