6/17/22 - This is one of the Pilot's that changed to Casey's back in January 2022 but nothing has changed for years. The staff here has always been fantastic: Patient, forgiving & kind in most situations. They will often give you a few bucks worth of food or gas if you're "stuck" here (or until the police show up). I am amazed they have kept the bathrooms as clean as they are because of all the dirty customers that walk in. They still have weekly homeless & druggie visitor problems & Knoxville PD is well aware. Good luck driving out of here during rush hour, they need a back way to get to the traffic light or you'll be stuck here forever. Nonetheless, this used to be one of the places to go for the cheapest gas if you're passing by, but ever since Casey's took over, it's just another pricy gouge. ~Michael

The people at this store are amazing. They are always friendly and happy to help everyone that comes through the door there. Kathy and Brock are two of the nicest people you could ever meet! I was there today and just noticed how kind and helpful that they were to every single person that came in while I was there. They truly care, and it shows. I wanted to call someone at the store at Broadway. I have gone there several times during business hours and they've just been shut with a note that says sorry we're not available. So to save myself a trip I tried to call. There is no way to reach anyone at this location. You have to go through the 800 number - it takes forever. they can't help you ,they cannot transfer you. It is the most maddening time wasting worthless endeavor. ~Betty
