6/17/22 - This is one of the Pilot's that changed to Casey's back in January 2022 but nothing has changed for years. The staff here has always been fantastic: Patient, forgiving & kind in most situations. They will often give you a few bucks worth of food or gas if you're "stuck" here (or until the police show up). I am amazed they have kept the bathrooms as clean as they are because of all the dirty customers that walk in. They still have weekly homeless & druggie visitor problems & Knoxville PD is well aware. Good luck driving out of here during rush hour, they need a back way to get to the traffic light or you'll be stuck here forever. Nonetheless, this used to be one of the places to go for the cheapest gas if you're passing by, but ever since Casey's took over, it's just another pricy gouge.

Some of the worst bathrooms of the interstate. The men’s bathroom did not even have rubbing water in the sink. I couldn’t tell you how long it has been since they were properly cleaned. I believe the Pilot company is based in Knoxville d am surprised that their “home” stores are filthy. This is the second gas station in Knoxville that I have stopped at over the Christmas holidays on the way from Atlanta to Cincinnati and both have been dirty. I use Pilot gas wherever I travel religiously and am almost always pleased with the bathrooms but not in Knoxville.

Love coming here. Usually evening time. And yesss they do sell grocery items and pretty much whatever u need! Yesss THEY DO HAVE BUTTAAA!! 🤗 love the staff here and the one by Starbucks both!

Pitiful customer service!!!!!! What's the point of having the Pilot App if the cashier won't let you use it and has to be rude. Won't be stopping there anymore!!!!!!

Everything about this visit was a 5! I pulled in frustrated about the construction to get gas. I decided to wash my window, I couldn't believe my eyes; it was fresh soapy water, not the dirty kind that you usually see. To top it off the paper towel dispenser was full. The lot and the line inside was crowded. When I entered the store to pay there were a lot of people in one line. A girl named Madison came out promptly to open another line, she was cordial making me feel happy to be shopping therein this very clean store. It was a great experience deserving of all five stars.

I used to come to this pilot everyday until now. There was a tobacco vendor that wanted to argue with me over the price. The price came up wrong and he tried to tell me I didn't know how much 2 cans cost. I buy it everyday and it is 9.50 per 2. Well pilot. Your vendor and staff just lost you a min of 3467.50 a year in just tobacco sales from me alone. You need to talk to your people before you run more people off.

Cashier very rude inconsiderate throwed my lottery tickets at me Mumble smart remarks under her breath I asked if it was ok to buy these things she seemed put out servicing me she's hateful disrespectful if she doesn't like working with ur company she needs to quit but one thing is for sure she doesn't need to be working with the public she has no patience or temperament for it ... my opinion is that she needs to be retrained or TERMINATED!!!!!!!!I will NOT be back at that pilot if she's working the register I'm a paying customer and I do NOT have to shop at ur establishment Sir!!!!

Fast service, fair price gas (cheap) conveniently located across from the Wallace Baptist Church with the huge cross seen throughout North Knoxville area and across from the NEW Taco Bell. Clean restrooms and friendly and helpful cashier's.
