Scott Wilson is amazing. He is so friendly & courteous. Always smiling, he's eager to help me, along w/other customers & is consistently nice, friendly & accommodating. He is very helpful & knows me by name & can remember my usual order & anticipate my needs. I go to that specific Pilot just because Scott is there. I hope he is being heavily compensated for his job well done. He deserves a raise. In today's economy it is hard finding people like him to work for you. The man needs acknowledged & recognized. More than a pat on the back, the man needs rewarded. Please make sure you keep him!

Worst experience ever I was looking for a drink and maybe a good snack. Got thrown out for looking for something to buy to long.... I've never been thrown out of a gas station Rude night manager working tonight Never been treated so badly We were not loitering, we came there to use the restroom and drink and maybe more Makes me not want to go to another pilot again

This bathroom is one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've been in. The smell is horrible and looks as if its never been mopped. It needs to be professionally cleaned then maintained properly.

Manager Heather was very disrespectful and is stealing money out of the drawer. I gave a $20 bill for a can of dip and get a $1.50 back. I calmly said i gave you a $20. She rudely says no you gave me a $5. I disagreed and explained to her i didn't even have a $5 bill in my wallet. I she starts getting rude and eventually says "i will count my drawer". She counts it and says yep you gave me a $5. I still disagreed and asked her to check security camera's. She did and then told me "you need to learn to count". She came back after about 20 minutes and says "yep you gave me a $5. I asked to see the footage because i know for a fact i did not. She would not let me. She had co-worker go back there and she came back after about 5 minutes and says it looks like a $5 but cannot tell. The co-worker did tell me i can come in the next day and talk to main manager Teresa, which is today. I am def coming into Pilot to talk to Teresa.

Pilots are supposed to be nice to travelers. I had a piece of cardboard that only said CHATTANOOGA(It's stating where I'm going). I had my headphones in listening to music, using google maps to find walking directions to go west. I wasn't bothering anyone, asking for anything(rides or money) Manager got pissy and called the cops cause a nice lady bought me breakfast. It is not illegal in any state to accept donations and/or offers. I was fully in compliance with the law and their policies.

E85 is the highest Price in Town...literally. WHY? Actually The distributor told me why, due constant to late payments to the distributors, so the fuel discount doesn't apply and they force Pilot to pay Premium prices. HA! I will stick with Speedway which is always 20-50 cents per gallon cheaper and is 3.5 miles away. Worth every second driver for that discount. Ol Bill Bill Haslam gouging customers like he does TN Residents.

Nice location, clean, convenient to my regular routes. However, I have noticed more than a time or two that they have trouble keeping paper towels available at the pumps.
