11 Best gas station in Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

6/17/22 - This is one of the Pilot's that changed to Casey's back in January 2022 but nothing has changed for years. The staff here has always been fantastic: Patient, forgiving & kind in most situations. They will often give you a few bucks worth of food or gas if you're "stuck" here (or until the police show up). I am amazed they have kept the bathrooms as clean as they are because of all the dirty customers that walk in. They still have weekly homeless & druggie visitor problems & Knoxville PD is well aware. Good luck driving out of here during rush hour, they need a back way to get to the traffic light or you'll be stuck here forever. Nonetheless, this used to be one of the places to go for the cheapest gas if you're passing by, but ever since Casey's took over, it's just another pricy gouge. ~Michael

Overall great Travel Centers of America truck stop . Easy access of i40 Tennessee. Decent parking lot plenty unpaid spaces. TA shop well maintained professional staff good knowledgeable technicians good quality services. Clean restrooms typical truck stop...driver lounge, showers etc. NO restaurant at this location but has deli grill. No workout room either. Only con also be careful fuel island directly front of shop No pull up room after fueling. Highly recommend to all truckers and travelers. ~KB

This is a convenient store in da hood. Nuff said. Prices are high but not astronomical. Selection is fair but not phenomenal. It has a good deli. The atm usually works. And you can find all kind of street toys for purchase in the parking lot. ~A

Someone opened a Shell rewards account using my email address less than a day after I visited the establishment using my credit card (which has my email address associated with it). I'm thankful that I didn't have any fraudulent charges but I've locked my card just in case. Be careful when swiping your card at the pumps. ~Sam

The guy working tonight seriously hates his job... And probably his life too.. very undelightful... And. That's not to say they even have to be kind and friendly, but this guy was just straight up miserable. Yeah, no thank you... ~Heather

The guy behind the cashier will steal your credit card information and sell it, be careful I already contacted the cops and got my money back, but most people have been robbed and never got there money back. ~John
