Very friendly and knowledgeable staff especially the manager/owner. I was having issues with my phone and he stayed 15 minutes past store closing hours to help me and fix the problem with my phone. Really appreciate his kindness.

I would barely highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the market for a new cell phone or to switch carriers. I was trying to access and online special that cricket was offering, but got nothing but problems from the website for 3 hours straight. I came into the store knowing that they probably couldn't give me the special pricing that was advertised online, since it was advertised as an online deal only. I was pleasantly shocked and amazed at the lengths they went through in the store to get me hooked up with the best deal possible. They spent nearly an hour exploring every option available to me, and I ended up with a better phone at a lower price then was being offered through the website. I will be a loyal cricket customer for as long as this store remains in business!
