I'd give them a 0 if possible. Worst place to rent from. They are NEVER on time for pickups and drop offs and are 60$ more expensive than rent to own. Just had them come to pick up my stuff and had the rest in the house they didn't knock or anything drove away with nothing and now are refusing to answer my calls. Customer service here is horrendous. Switch to rent 2 own and you'll actually be treated good and have on time delivery with an amazing customer service

I had originally purchased a recliner from them, had no issues. So, when I was looking for a bedroom suit for my son, this is where I went. They had to order it, no problem. Upon trying to get an update when it would be delivered was like pulling teeth! Never called back the next day as promised. Then the day it was supposed to be delivered, I never even got a phone call telling me that it hadn't even arrived to the store yet! Then on top of that, the day it was delivered went from arriving from 1-3 to 4-7. They finallt show up Round 5:15 p.m. My whole day was ruined waiting on them. After they left and I went to put clothes in the dresser, there was a Roach in one of the drawers! The drawers also didn't close right and a screw fell out upon opening another drawer. I will Never purchase from them again! One Unhappy Customer! 😡

Sitting out here on my front porch enjoying my evening Rent-A-Center pulls up and parks in the middle of the road and not allowing other cars to pass totally unprofessional

I was told by an employee that the bicycle I am renting was in the store. I went to the store expecting to pick up my bike. Instead they told me that I couldn't get the bike for 3 more days and I had to pay for days that I don't even get to have it. They are supposed to pick up and deliver my bike on Tuesday 7/5/22. I hope so. I am not very satisfied at this point.

Just got my washer and dryer. Washing machine not working at all. Water fills up does not spin. My dryer works good though. So 3 stars. Been waiting all day for my delivery. Called at 1030am received at 639pm. Not ok. Will be calling first thing tomorrow morning. Problem has been solved Monday 11/8/2021. I'm satisfied now.

Brad, Leah, and his team are amazing! They go above and beyond to find me what I need, work out deals with me, and get me my items fast and easy. This is the first home I've ever lived in by myself and I don't know how I would have been able to furnish it fully without them!

Darren was great in getting the dryer I so desperately needed. The process was quick, and I had a dryer within 24 hours. Great customer service. Highly recommend trying Rent-A-Center. Ask for Darren.

Hello Middletown, my wife and I just moved here and it’s been great! We had gotten everything but we still needed a couch and a refrigerator. Rent a center helped us out with that! The manager was awesome as well as the guy who delivered them. He told us how beautiful our home was and we have been trying very hard to get to where we are and it made us feel great especially while enjoying a cold drink on our new couch. There was no pressure while we were in the store and the manager was very helpful. The store was clean and we enjoyed our time there, I don’t know what else to say really but if you need appliances or furniture and don’t have the money this option isn’t bad as long as you know you can get them paid off. Paying them off early even saves you a good chunk of money! Thanks to everyone at rent-a-center for your help.
