I purchased a fence from Lowes in March. It was installed the end of May and 3 panels of it buckled at the bottom and fell over on June 16rh. The contractor who they hire for repairs came out the beginning of July and stated it would be done in 2 weeks. I made over 20 calls to the contractor for a date and everytime I was transferred to a voicemail. My calls were never returned. I then started contacting Lowes customer service and although they have been very professional and have tried to help they also are getting no response from the contractor. It is now October 12 and I have no idea when my fence will be repaired. I spent over $5000 for a fence that lasted two weeks. The reason I purchased a fence from Lowes is that I thought if there was an issue it would be taken care of but when I ask how do we resolve this? Can you assign it to someone else? What are my options? No one can give me an answer.

Middletown Lowes. I want to thank the sales people at Lowes. They helped me out with problems I was having with an order. Great bunch of folks and I never encounter a situation where they don't go out of their way to help me!

Well I rate my my experience with the associate in appliances as a 5 star BUT when I found out the company had stopped offering Military discounts on appliances, wood and electrical wire I then realized that honoring vets are only good when the cost is right. I was told due to the elevated prices on these items that they cannot offer the discount EVEN THOUGH the prices on these items have went up in store. I spent almost 4000$, so I am ashamed of Lowes that the many men and women that sacrificed life is not worth a few bucks in there eyes now on these elevated priced items from the manufacture and in the store itself………it is not Pricing needs !it is discounts you offer and jerked away from the ones that protected your freedom. 10% is not Much but it is Something. I will go to the competition as long as they still respect this country and it’s freedom. Shame on you Lowes!!!

I would stay clear of this location and lowes in general for the rude customer service. I went in to confirm my delivery for appliances because I never received the phone call. The worker told me “this is just the world we live in, I don’t know what to tell you”. After arguing with him that I just wanted to confirm delivery and add a second number on it, I had to get the manager Cameron involved who was just as ignorant. Come delivery day, no appliances are delivered and after speaking with Cameron AGAIN he told me this is how lowes delivery works and that the conversation yesterday did not happen. I was also told that they can change the delivery days and times without notifying the customer. Awful customer service and even worse management.

Very rude employees, no help at all. It's not unusual to find employees at these types of stores that don't know what they're talking about but what bothers me is the attitude when being wrong. I wish you had negative stars.

So I had a preapproval for 12 months same as cash on a purchase here. When I told the cashier to use it she instead put the 20% off the purchase. So now I have to call the card company and have them switch the rate, after waiting an hour for customer service to call the card company and explain what happened. An hour of my time was wasted because the cashier didn't listen to me.

Always kind of hit or miss here as far as finding help, and not sure if there was a mechanical issue, but it was uncomfortably warm in the store, so much so that we actually cut our visit short. Lowes has always been my go to, but things have seemed to change over the last couple years, and not all for the better. I hope the higher ups realize we have many more options on where we spend our money.

Do NOT buy or make a return here. They gave me over $50 in returns on an "in-store credit" card, like a gift card. When i went to use it on my next trip, the "account" could not be found! They give you a number to call, which explicitly says (on EVERY option) to handle it in the store you got it from. But the people there say they have no way to check the card or transaction, and tell you to call customer care. Customer care has a 30 minute hold, only for them to have nothing they can do, besides recommend calling the same number the store gives! All VERY shady that they cant track a return that required using my Driver's License ID number to make and use to verify the card!
