Excellent customer service! We had issues ordering our couch online. We went in the store and explained what happened. They were able to honor the discounts and sales online. We have purchased furniture here multiple times and we will be back when it is time to get other furniture!

It was better than the one we shop at in Bradenton Florida. This store had a much better inventory. The store in Florida.is extremely low in merchandise. However, there was a few empty shelves but we found most of the items we came to purchase. May I suggest to place more merchandise on shelves and leave vacant shelves. Empty shelves result in empty cash register.

Big Lots always has "seasonal items" at great prices. Stop by shop, you are guaranteed to find something you will enjoy from furniture, beds, bedding, towels, small appliances, seasonal decor, hygiene products, a fully stocked selection if Dr. Teal's Epson Bath salts, and pantry items.

Big lots is to over priced anymore to be a discount store. Store felt packed bc the isles are so close. Had a dirty feel to it. Workers weren't all that polite either. I found what I needed but nothing more. Probably won't be back.

Staff is very helpful when I ask their always working so hard they 4get to smile I know tha feeling but I always treated the customers kindly n with respect. They move products around every 6-8 months Soon as you get used to knowing where things are such as electronics way n the back their scattered all around in the front somewhere by the cashier. Bad experience today and my back was screaming. I love the cashiers though they are excellent thank you

This is a nice big lots store, well run. I've been going here for years. I'm not gonna lie, I've always been drawn to big lots for their tools section. They always had three or four big aisles full of tools, including power stuff, hand tools, electrical items and so on. It seems like in the latest story organization they got rid of that. I'm not sure how much I want to buy furniture from them, but tools I liked quite a bit. Still a nice store, still clean and well organized.
