I wanted to leave a review in order to give thanks to two of the customer service agents who work at this location: Diana & Katie. I went there about a month ago. I was having a really bad issue with my phone and needed it to be resolved ASAP. Diana and Katie was very friendly and helpful, and definitely resolved the issue, saving me from having to buy a new phone.

The person working the counter...Diane I believe was awesome...everything else was horrible after 45 minutes on hold with 611 nothing was resolved and I eventually had to hang up I waited 4 days for an overnight fedex delivery for a replacement phone...ugh

The manager is arrogant and gets a laugh out of making fun of people.The way I look at it is, if you don't like people that aren't you or your race (that are PAYING CUSTOMERS). Might I suggest working somewhere else? You and your staff have become way too comfortable being disrespectful, unprofessional & immature. If only you knew what we were thinking lol. The second hand embarrassment is real. Note to your future self: do better because you aren't going anywhere.

I went there to switch companies on my 3 line family plan on 2/13/2021 at about 4 pm. He tried to rip me off. Told me it would cost around $500 for 3 lines with 3 free phones. Went to the next store and was only charged $220. So he basically tried to get $280 for himself. Would never recommend this location and would definately never go back

Ignorant and apathetic staff that will take no responsibility for any of their products once they have your money. Despicable business practices with a comically defensive and rude staff. Go to a different location do deal with metropcs. Don't let them rip you off like they did me, you've been warned.

I stopped by on Monday and I was serviced by Liz , Elizabeth her co-worker was not present. I had Cricket and I have been having a tremendous problem getting my calls or text. So my friends decided that they would help me and bought me a LG Stylo 5. Mike is the owner and he is very friendly and assist Liz and Elizabeth with the great customer service they provide. It was a great experience because they listen to your needs and are not pushy like other Phone places. I recommend to you all to go pay a visit. They have set up store so that you may feel secure and safe!!! Thanks Liz and Mike I love my new awesome phone and the service is super awesome!!! Oh Hi Elizabeth sorry I missed you that day!!!

The store manager (the guy) is very rude. He has very poor customer service skills and truly isn’t fit to be any type of manager the way he talks to people. I would advise people to not even waste their time going to this place.

Awful. Horrible customer service. My fiance tried the simple task of obtaining her account number(so she could transfer her number to my At&t account), the inept woman at the counter told her that her pin was incorrect(after 30 minutes on the phone with customer service found that it wasn't),then after trying several other options the owner told us we were 'timed out' and that there was 'nothing he could do to help us'(without even looking at the computer screen). This place is a joke and so is Metro PCS.
