I have been coming to this practice my whole life. Never again. Since My Eyedr took over the practice is consistently short staffed. The office is open but there are no opticians because their hours were cut. Person at front desk does not know how to check patients in and out. I had an unpleasant experience last time, but came back because I really like my eye doctor, Dr Skandeles. I will be finding a new eye doctor today.

The doctor I had was nice, but other than that, the service was bad and they were rude, I had a really long wait time, and I didn't get into my appointment for over an hour.

First off, the employees are friendly and fast. My prescription was key punched wrong, when I went to pick up my glasses, I knew immediately they weren't right. My bill was over 1,000 and my out of pocket, after insurance was 305.00. That's the most I've ever paid and not satisfied with the lack of care in ordering new glasses. It's doubtful, I will return. There's too many other eye places available. The 2 stars reflect the friendly employees.

Today was my first time at Fishers Optical and everyone was fantastic! Dr. Skendelas was so pleasant and kind, and Doug is the gentleman who helped me pick out my new glasses and sunglasses. Doug was so great and helpful! I appreciated his opinion, because I’m very indecisive, and there are so many great glasses to choose from. I will absolutely be going there for my exams and glasses from here on out!

My parents went to Fisher Optical and I and my brothers went there and I took all my kids there. I recently had and eye issue and needed to see a eye dr, I called and because I have not been there in a long time they were to busy to see me. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! I called North Canton Vision explained my problem and they got me right in. That’s how you run a business

I had written a really good review before this but I have to change it. The service was amazing from the doctor and the person helping me find my glasses, but my eye appointment was on the 9th and it is now the 28th and I still haven't gotten my glasses! This is outrageous, when I call them they seem annoyed that I'm calling them and just tell me that they will call when they come in. Update: Sorry it took so long to update, but I got my glasses really late and they only offered to give me $25 back even though I spent a lot on the glasses, apparently they didn't have the lenses in stock and they were waiting on them to finish the glasses, but no one told me that, they were just annoyed with me... Defiantly won't be going there EVER again.

Only place I know of that has Adidas frames. They're good and not made in China.
