Everhard offers more than just CrossFit. They also have a free weight section, they offer nutrition coaching, a Burn class, and monthly challenges. The atmosphere is very supportive and the coaching / programming is great. Attending a class is my favorite part of the day.

If I could give this amazing place more stars, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about each and every one of the coaches and owners, the top-of-the-line equipment, the brilliant programming that has been planned for months in advance, the ability to scale the load, the energy and most importantly, the community. This is more than just a gym, it provides growth, both mentally and physically, which transfers into every aspect of your life. Try it!

Best gym in the area. The owners and coaches are awesome. Community is unmatched. Facility has all the equipment a member could ever need. NICE equipment too. If you want to get fit - join here. You’ll regret it if you don’t.

Amazing box, great coaches from top to bottom, supportive members who push each other to test their limits and reach their potential. I will never workout any other place....ever. Nutrition offering is awesome and eye opening and the fundamentals and scaled options mean there is something for everyone. I love this place and its people.

ECF has given me the best fitness experience that I could ask for. They treat you like family because you are family to them. Workouts are tough but can be scaled to your abilities. They also offer nutrition services which has aided me in losing over 100lbs in 18mos.

I drop into this gym everytime I’m in town. Ken’s intensity and knowledge paired with Brandy’s energy and enthusiasm provides a perfect environment to learn and improve. Whether you’re new to CrossFit’s methodologies, or you’ve been training for years, this gym will meet you where you are. Ken and Brandy are great role models and mentors, and I’m thankful I’ve had the opportunity to learn from them and train alongside their members.
