I’m not sure about all the negative reviews but I’ve always had a good experience. They get my coffee right every time which I can’t say for other Dunkin’ Donuts.

Everytime I come here I order mini bagels and the last 4 days I’ve asked the people in the drive through to please cook them twice . I have been getting mini bagels that are cooked on the outside but frozen in the insides and it’s nasty . No matter how many time I say “ can you cook them twice “ they never do and I ened up with food that is hot on the outside and frozen in the insides that’s gross . I keep spending money on an order I keep repeating myself over and over and over again about cooking them twice . Will not continue to come here .

everytime I come here nothing is ever made correctly, a couple weeks ago I ordered and iced matcha latte, they didn’t even fill half of my cup. You’re paying $5 for a drink to not even be filled half way is ridiculous. Today I ordered a maple bacon sandwich (which is more expensive), half way to work before I realized they gave me plain bacon. I have tried multiple times to give this location a chance and each time they mess it up. nothing i’ve gotten from this store is ever correct, don’t bother coming here you’re better driving another mile or so to the next dunkin…

Friendly service but the coffee was terrible. Tasted like extremely bitter water. I’ve ordered lattes at other Dunkins so I would assume the quality would be consistent, but this one was so bad I felt the need to leave a review.

when i went to order, the guy didn’t seem like he didn’t want to talk to me. And i order 1 creamer and no sugar but i ended up having 3 creamer and 3 sugar in my coffee. He didnt bother to ask what size and i was too scare to asked. when i receive my coffee, the sugar wasn’t mixed in at all and it wasn’t fill anywhere near the top. But everyone makes mistakes and have their bad day so it’s understandable

Staff is great. I'm unhappy that there is no Strawberry Dragon Fruit available. But that's not the local staff's fault, they just have to take the customer flack.

if you want decaf, don't bother going to this dunkin'. i had them triple check that my drink was not made with regular coffee, because i have a severe reaction to caffeine & they have messed it up multiple times in the past. it was not decaf. i even asked if it was decaf coffee when i got to the window and they said yes as they handed me my drink. probably didn't ask the person who made it & didn't want to be bothered remaking it. also, my food was cold. the croissant must have been days old as well because it was rock hard. don't waste your money unless you want to pay for something that you didn't order.

Four of us had coffee here on a Tuesday morning at 9. We were lucky to find a table and had somewhat overpriced but good coffees. Ambience noisy and unappealing. If my doctor tells me I have a sugar deficiency, I would certainly sample the donuts. Should have gone to McDonald's next door.

personally I go to east Hampton DD maybe a handful of times a year and it never fails the service is horrible and my order is NEVER CORRECT!! The people who work here are extremely incompetent and the manager/managers even worse. Today was my last adventure there, it’s not worth the hassle of having to correct them when they repeat your order and it’s still wrong even when ordering 2 items. I’ve given so many chances thinking it could change but it’s not worth my money (since it’s all over priced) and my order a couple times a year is always wrong! I’ll stick with my cheap McDonald’s coffee that They never fail to get wrong!

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Latte was weak. Seemed like it was just regular coffee and not espresso. Also, bagel was burnt on the sausage egg and cheese sandwich.
