they literally always forget the donut(s) with my order. whoever pulls the ticket should fill the whole order. they have one person do the hot food and drinks and the person working the front is supposed to do the donuts. they are helping the guests at the counter and can’t be doing counter and tickets at the same time. every time i go to pick up my order i have to wait for them to finish my order. currently waiting on my husband right now who has added 15min to his trip waiting on a donut 🤦🏻♀️

Sandwich’s we’re still cold in the middle, ice coffee taste nasty asked for French vanilla and it taste like they put nothing in it. The workers weren’t paying attention they were talking more than anything.

Has to be the slowest Dunkin ever. Plus they didn’t get our order right. We’ll go back to our other place.

Had a very good experience here today. Used the drive-thru. No one in queue ahead of me. Speaker worked well. My order was taken accurately and prepared quickly. The cashier was friendly and polite. Can't ask for more than that! I ordered a large, Cold Brew with skim milk, 3 Splendas & 3 shots of sugar-free coconut flavoring. YUM! Parking: This is one of the few businesses I know of, that has WAY more parking than it needs. But just as most other parking lots, there's no shade. Then again, in the Summer your car won't get to hot because you don't spend much time inside the store. Wheelchair accessibility: I find this DD to be easier than most to negotiate with a wheelchair. Reason being is that although there are designated areas to walk, there is no elevated sidewalk area. So, it's quite easy to get to the entrance.

Train your staff!!! they all have the worst addittuid yes I understand your short staffed. Just becuase the manger not making sure you guys ares fully STAFFED that is not the customers Fault KEEP keep ROLLING them eyes and giving that addittuid and see what it's going to get you.

WORST STAFF EVER. The Spanish girl at the drive through was extremely rude. Gave me dirty looks the time through the drive through. She was so mean and not polite whatsoever!!!!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE KIND!!!!!!!! So disappointing

Decided to make a quick drive-through on our way out of town. Had to wait at the mic for a couple minutes but was able to place the order pretty effortlessly. However at the window, we were asked how many of an item we ordered, yelled the correct # back to the kitchen and then asked for our CC back since they only charged for one. We decided to just get one to avoid the hassle amd were then handed a coffee that was not ours and one of our wraps tasted like chlorine. Food was fine aside from the chlorinated wrap but the inept cashier made it a slightly frustrating experience.

This is honestly the first Google review that I have ever written because the service I have received from this Duncan location has been so appallingly pour the past few days I have come here. Upon my first trip I came to pick up an iced coffee with the flavor shot in it, when I picked up the iced coffee it did not appear to have any flavor in it and I could tell this from simply visually looking at the coffee itself. I asked the individual handing me the coffee if it had my flavor shot which I asked for in it and the individual passively said yes it does and I figured it might’ve just been mixed in well enough that I couldn’t even see it. Turns out, There was no flavor added to the coffee just as it seemed from simply looking at it. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt on a long on my way figured I’d give them another try today… And I was just as equally if not even more disappointed with the service I received today. I asked for one of the new bacon and cheese snack wraps that they have just recently come out with… When I received the snack wrap I quickly realized that both of the ones in the original order I made or ham and cheese rather than bacon and cheese. Being rather disappointed, but still giving them the benefit of the doubt I circled back through the drive-through and said hey these are ham and cheese no bacon and cheese and ask for the appropriate replacement which I originally ordered. I looked through, got my new order, and went to go park in a parking space again. As it turned out those within the Dunkin’ Donuts and yet again give me a ham and cheese set of rolls instead of the bacon and cheese like I had clearly asked for. I’m not sure how clear you expect your customers to be when they come to you saying you gave them the wrong item and then you Continue to give them the same exact item right in front of their face twice in a row. Seeing this I was beyond frustrated and decided to walk into the store other than go through a drive-through and present those behind the counter with their third screwup for two days in a row. There was no apology, simply a look of confusion on the woman’s face behind the counter as if she didn’t understand the difference between ham and bacon in the first place. Apparently the third time was the charm for these employees And upon three times through the restaurant they finally got my order right with a simple two bacon and cheese snack rolls. As I’ve said, this is the first ever Google review I have written for a restaurant or any such location because the service was simply so appalling. I will never be coming to the Dunkin again and I will strongly recommend anyone in the area does not a visit this restaurant either.
