They were starting their transition of seasons today. The store was well stocked, clean & not as busy as it usually is. It looks nice & the cashiers were friendly & very efficient.

On Wednesday December 22, 2021 I Want To Dollar Tree To Pick Up Some Things There. I Pay For Everything. So When I Go Home I Lost My Apartment Keys. So I Call The Store It Was Not There I Was A Little Upset. My Maintenance Let Me To My Apartment. Today Christmas Eve I Want Back There To Picking Up Some Things Again They Have My Keys I Was So Happy.

walking distance from me so i cant complain. i can even cross the street without worrying too much about road traffic. a decent dollar tree located in a small shopping complex with some eateries nearby.

I've seen dollar store shelves depleted and looking like a wrecking ball but I've NEVER seen a dollar tree that looked like it should be SHUT down by the @Ohio health department. This places smelled, was freezing, and looked like it was not cleaned in months!

I’ve never really had a problem here. Since I’ve moved to Lakewood it’s been a place where I can get things I need. However when I called days ahead before my graduation party to ask if I can bring my own balloons to be filled and I was told “yes” that I can do so. However the day of I am told it’s not allowed. It’s not a good continuity of customer service. I could understand if you couldn’t do it completely but why tell me on the phone when I call directly to the store if this is able to happen and I’m told yes but when my friends go up there to fill up my balloons for me they were turned away. If you can’t do something just say you can’t don’t say you can and on top of that give me a price. It’s completely backwards.
