I wanted to leave a review in order to give thanks to two of the customer service agents who work at this location: Diana & Katie. I went there about a month ago. I was having a really bad issue with my phone and needed it to be resolved ASAP. Diana and Katie was very friendly and helpful, and definitely resolved the issue, saving me from having to buy a new phone. ~Steven

I go here often. My only real complaint is that the cashiers don't always check to make sure they're giving reward points to the right person, so I've missed out on a lot of rewards. They were temporarily not 24/7 due to pandemic staffing, closing at 10pm instead, which was still generous imo. Overall, a convenient, reliable location. ~Autumn

A rental was arranged for me while my car was being repaired as part of an insurance claim. It was effortless for me. The car was dropped off at the repair shop, the Enterprise rep quickly walked me through all of the features of the car and available coverages. The car was clean, comfortable and drove smooth. When my car was ready, the shop handled the return to Enterprise. What a nice overall experience. ~Denise

I've seen dollar store shelves depleted and looking like a wrecking ball but I've NEVER seen a dollar tree that looked like it should be SHUT down by the @Ohio health department. This places smelled, was freezing, and looked like it was not cleaned in months! ~Jenny

Always good customer service when I go here. Nice clean store. They have decent prices on some items there but on other items, like toys, crafting supplies, and electronics, they are more expensive on. ~Shern

This is the best rite aid ever. Maryanne is a fantastic manager who is very nice and greets everyone. Niceness in a place can go a long way..the pharmacy techs like Jordan are the best I ever dealt with and is why I will only deal with that particular Rite aid. He goes above and beyond to fill ur meds. He takes initiative and really cares. He's so good at his job and anyone that has him should feel lucky bc he's an asset. The woman techs are all great too. I feel they are all so good bc they taught each other to be that way. And this proves that ur environment is everything.;) ~Dana

Like many of these other reviews - their hours of operation is when they feel like it. Waited outside with 4 other people for the store to open at 9am. By 9:15am, the employee showed up with his Starbucks and girlfriend in tow. The other customers ended up leaving. He was polite, but made no effort to apologize for the delay. His coworker was also waiting to be let in, and he was super kind and apologized for not having a key. It really will be worth the drive to go to another location for more dependable hours. ~natalie

Will ask for ID if you try to pay with a debit card, even when your card is signed. Very suspicious, and I believe potential identity theft may be occurring here. ~Shelbe

What a fantastic little service shop. I needed a new set of tires the week before a trip and they were able to accommodate with a matter of days. The service itself was affordable and took less than a half an hour. Pleasant interaction, upfront about costs and a clean waiting area were all I could ask for. I’ve had issues with this post office for years. Doesn’t matter who my carrier is they refuse to take sent out mail, in fact once 4 years ago I had to mail important documents for my medical insurance, it was end of November I sent it and I found out a couple months later when my coverage was denied for non renewal and I found the letter I sent had been thrown on the ground into the snow and stomped on as I found it once everything melted. I wrote a note to the carrier asking why they don’t take mail, is that not part of the job they signed up for and that it put me into a really horrible position, and they responded by not delivering mail anymore for a month plus. When I realized what happened I had to stop at the post office once a week and they where rude too, initially very rude asking why I possibly would question why I’m not getting mail (probably because my mail box is empty 2 weeks later), telling me that I had an unsafe walk way to the mailbox, it was not, and that sending out mail is an optional part of the carriers job so I should be thankful if they ever do it but the only way to ensure my mail is sent is to bring it to the post office myself. I’ve been beyond disappointed in my postal service since with issues regularly but do my best to never send anything through them anymore and keep all my deliveries through other services when available. ~Alexis
