I didn't get my truck fix due to busy. I call this this company on Thursday July 7th for a tow truck they indicated that they did not have any tow truck on the premises. So they did call the tow truck which cost $70.64 Friday I called and they were busy then I ask if they were open for the weekend and they said no. So July the 11th I went to retrieve my truck. I went to Ganley GM to have it repaired. It was a gear shift cable. The same day it was replaced

John & Rich are awesome. Just began bringing my ‘15 Sierra pickup to them. They’ve done work from AC repair to ball joint and axle replacement and I won’t be going anywhere else. Very honest, good pricing, and always take care of your vehicle. The service itself was affordable and took less than a half an hour. Pleasant interaction, upfront about costs and a clean waiting area were all I could ask for. Car was making scraping sounds, they checked it out and got it fixed on the spot and sold me two MUCH needed tires (I knew they were bald, I don’t feel like I was pressured into it by any means). Super nice guys, very quick— I just hung out there while they got everything fixed and back to me in an hour or so. Told me they appreciated my business when I left and honestly I was glad to give it to them! :) Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

After Conrad’s canceled my appt made online, called Lakewood Tire and they got me in within the hour for a slow tire leak. Ended up having a nail in the tire. I was in and out within an hour, grateful for their speedy and professional service. Hopefully I don’t have to return, but they will now be my first call! Service: Tires

These guys got us in quick when we were in a bind and needed a valve stem repaired on a flat tire. I used them another time for wheel alignment. Very efficient and get the job done fast. Highly recommend. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I took my car in just before a cross country road trip thinking I'd need some maintenance for a squeaking tire due to worn wheel bearings. I wanted to get in same day with the trip coming up and avoid any fees if no repair was needed. Over the phone, the owner was upfront about being extra busy with a staff member on vacation, but asked additional questions about the squeaking and was able to say he could get the issue fixed within the same day or two. My issue was actually related to break corrosion and I got new tires which were badly needed. The owner kept me posted with all updates and made me aware of service/product options. I was able to pickup next day and my car drives like brand new! And I'll be glad to have the included roadside assistance. Overall, staff are super friendly, honest, and meet customers' needs on an individual level - I'll be a returning customer. Services: Tires, Brakes, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Had a major mechanical issue during rush hour, Rich sent his tow guys immediately and came to pick me up and give me a ride home. The quality and service at this location is unprecedented! I would not take my Jeep to anyone but Rich and the guys at Lakewood Firestone, they are honest, fair and treat their customers like family.
