Iv been a customer for a total of 4 years on and off at Aarons and iv never had a problem until the new manager came. They were always understanding and lenient because even if i was late they would work with me but i ALWAYS paid. This new manager is about to have lost a regular customer or even a few

Just saying if you where smart you wouldn't come here what's so ever... My husband went in to pay and Gena the manager refused our payment so we just left and won't go back for nothing not only that but they pocket your money as well don't bother with cooperate because they don't help either. horrible people, horrible business... There is more... Wish there was a way to give 0 stars because they don't deserve any credit for anything.

Great customer service. If you want to purchase something straight out you can. If you want to lease to own it that is also an option. Clean furnishings and wide variety.

I bought a laptop computer thru Aarons in Great Bend Ks. I paid more than $700 by the time all the payments and other charges were said and done. I found out that what I was told was a security beep is actually a bad battery. So I paid all this money for a computer and now I have to buy a battery for what was supposed to be a new computer that had never been leased or used. I would never recommend using Aarons for anything. There are a lot of other places that will work with you.

I got a TV, Washer and a Dryer, a blueray, and abed I have always wanted, it's a big 4 poster bed. These people are the best in town. I just love them
