I will NEVER do business with Lowe’s again. We had a fence installed by them and their contracting team and it has been a horrendous, expensive experience. Things were great at first and they were able to get out quickly to get a quote. However, the install team came out and that’s where things went wrong. My the location where the fence was to be placed was marked and my husband walked the lines with them that morning and there didn’t seem to be an issue. The fence was installed in two days - great. Come to find out, our fence on one side was installed 30 INCHES from where we told them to put it, therefore, it was well into our neighbors yard. The installer came back out and even admitted that he knew where it was supposed to go, yet they’re trying to charge us another $950 to fix the side because the install team not doing their job properly. Corporate has been no help and they’re trying to blame us for not getting a survey, but we didn’t need one since it’s a new build and the property stakes are there. Regardless, they didn’t put the fence where they were supposed to. I was even asked if I watched them install it, but why would I hire professionals just to babysit them. Please, save yourself the time and the trouble and hire a local company. This is a $10K waste of money.

I had five stars, but had to drop it to a four since the deliveries department likes to put people on hold without saying a word after it's been ringing and ringing and hang up on you the second time you call. But besides deliveries everyone else is nice and helpful.

The young men in the lumber department went above and beyond while helping me this morning. They saw me looking at decking and used their big muscles to grab 32 pieces of it off of the shelf and loaded my cart for me, and then one of the boys even came outside with me and helped me load it into my truck! They were also very knowledgeable and easily led me to all of the other items I was having trouble finding. They were super friendly and had a whole conversation with me about my deck while they were assisting me. Great smiling faces the whole time too! 😊😊😊😊 It was the best customer service I have ever received! 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Derby store is very clean, and the staff are Excellent in assisting you find items, and most are quite knowledgeable about the products they sale. Check out was pretty quick, even for a weekend. I've been using this store quite a bit for my remodeling. Even when Lowes didn't have an item I needed, the staff person suggested Ace Hardware (which they did have the item).

I purchased a Kobalt 25 foot measuring tape and used it about a half dozen times and then it would not retract. I took the tape back to Lowes in Derby, KS where I bought this item. I did not have the receipt. I had valid ID. But the customer service representative said I would not be able to return it with out the receipt. On the same morning I had an issue with Home Depot and received excellent customer service. So in the future I will be spending my money at Home Depot. And the only reason I gave 1 star is because I cannot give any lower. This is not the only time I have had an issue with this Lowes. I will no longer shop at this franchise.

I love this Lowe's. It is close to my home. I went shopping for succulents. I was not disappointed. They had a wide variety. Generally ranging from $5 to $35. $35 ones are more big hanging baskets. Very mature succulent varieties. The $5 plants were normally per plant. They also had a section where they were having a succulent sale. Pots with different varieties of succulents, $5 for the 2 pack. There were lots of other plants available. They all look healthy. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. It is a good place to shop for plants. I recommend them.

James in plumbing was a tremendous help today. I thought his effort should definitely be recognized. My mom came in with a frustrating project that a contractor never finished. James walked into a situation after two employees were unable to help. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate his efforts today!

Great experience. The guy in the appliances area was really helpful. I recommend this store! They have more than you can imagine when it comes to home improvement, tools, home decor, and lawn care. Definitely worth checking out! If they don’t have a specific color in the appliance you choose, they can order it for you. Often if it’s not in a store, it’s stocked in their local warehouse, which only takes a few days to arrive. If it’s not in the warehouse, however, I recommend placing an order online or through their mobile app. It will arrive quicker than if they place the order for you, at least that’s what the guy who helped us said.

Has to be one of the best Lowes I've ever been to. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They take the time to help and walk you to the item(s) you need. The fact that I am female has zero bearing on anything.

I was looking for all over for her infrared fire place and found one in Derby. Ordered it on line and picked it up the next day. I was afraid they would be sold out. It was ready on a cart and the customer service was awesome 👌
