My experience here is that going to the bigger U-Haul store would have been worth the drive. I had to go there anyway to get proper hitch and wiring connector adapter. Not having someone on site to answer questions was time consuming and worrisome. ~Billy

I wish I could upload a picture. I went in a couple of days ago with darkblue/purple hair that was a temporary conditioner but wouldn't wash out. I didn't get her name but the cutest woman helped me. Went there on a Saturday morning to buy a few men's dress shirts and nice pants. The men's side was a total mess that looked like nothing had been folded, sorted or organized. If you are a fat tall guy they have your size. If you're a slim short guy no chance. This place felt more like a goodwill than a clothing retail store. Why did they change the layout? It was better before. Before it made sense walk in straight to casual left to dress, ties, and belts, socks, underclothes, around to shoes and sportswear. This was far from a comfortable shopping experience. ~Dory

Great experience. The guy in the appliances area was really helpful. I recommend this store! They have more than you can imagine when it comes to home improvement, tools, home decor, and lawn care. Definitely worth checking out! If they don’t have a specific color in the appliance you choose, they can order it for you. Often if it’s not in a store, it’s stocked in their local warehouse, which only takes a few days to arrive. If it’s not in the warehouse, however, I recommend placing an order online or through their mobile app. It will arrive quicker than if they place the order for you, at least that’s what the guy who helped us said. ~Sheena

We were in last night to create a family plan; my boyfriend was adding my son and I, and my mom to his account. He is a former Sprint customer, so that meant they were porting over 4 phones from 4 carriers. This included new phones for all 4 of us, and transferring all of our data. Quincy and Jagger were absolutely nothing short of AMAZING. They were patient and went above and beyond to get every thing straight. They also made a tedious, complicated situation, fun! Several other guests came in while we were there and they juggled all of it. We kept them there well after closing time, and they never rushed us or made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them. Kudos to these two! In a world where companies are short staffed, and employees are stretched thin, our spending dollars matter. I'm confident we made the right choice is choosing T-Mobile as our mobile service carrier. ~Brandi

Had a great experience overall, but it was difficult to find to return the vehicle. There are no signs or markings to show that the Hertz office is inside the auto shop, so I initially thought there had been a mistake. Once I went inside to ask, I was told that it was the correct location but that nobody was there to help me. Apparently, it is only staffed by one person. It was t too big of a deal because someone from the auto shop took my drop off keys. I was simply told that “they would contact me if they found any problems”. It was definitely a different experience, and a somewhat confusing one because I was left to hope everything was okay, than I’ve had at other rental places. The car itself was great! It was small, but it held up to the harsh weather like a champ. It was clean, good on gas, and was well worth the price point. I also really appreciate that Hertz allows for renters to use a debit card. There’s a hefty deposit required, but it’s understandable and well worth it when so many other places will only accept a credit card. ~Nicki
