A well advertised price with no gimmicks when we walked in. Purchasing 2 mattresses and thEY volunteered an extra discount of 10% on top of the price. Walked through the material differences. Delivery was included. Unfortunately the warehouse moved from ICT to OKC so a Thursday delivery rather than a Mon/Tue. But all else was really good.

Chris the Manager spent a lot of time answering all my questions, as well as time to insure I picked out the absolute best mattress and platform for all of my needs. He is courteous and friendly and without doubt, after researching online and in person, ended up with a fantastic price on a fantastic bed. I also love the idea that if there was a problem with the mattress of adjustable base, I could just return it to the store. There is no chemical smell and the "box" mattress is flawless. Additionally, I opted to pick up the mattress from the Mattress Firm Warehouse, when I arrived I called the number, which the people answered right away, they were courteous, and helpful and quick, easy peasy. Best place to buy, this is the second bed my wife and I have purchase from this store, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
