Nice warehouse type furniture store, didn't know they were still in business 🤔. Lot of there furniture you can buy off the floor. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They also sell real stuffed animals.

I'm not sure how/why this rural, almost secluded furniture/appliance store have prices, that I feel comfortable saying, are 30% higher than all other retailers. I speak highly for their vast selections that are displayed in showroom shacks/sheds. I went with my brother looking for a recliner-lift chair. They were horribly priced-- $1,500 to $2,500...WHAT!!! My brother did not make a purchase. I later thought, and now conclude, their pricing is taking advantage of customers that unfortunately purchase with credit I believe they provide themselves. The patrons can purchase with/without the credit history usually practiced. Hence paying the high prices they offer.

My husband an I just purchased a new home remodel an refurnished.It was stressful but at the same time it was great.We had went to about 6 different furniture stores.An still couldn't fine anyone that had what I wanted.Just as I was about to give up.I found Reese Warehouse.I was so excited that I finally found what I wanted.So I ordered it.I was told the wait would be 12 to 14 weeks.Totally fine with that.So that was Sept 9th.All holidays came an went.The second week of Jan.i figured I'd call to see whats going on or how much longer I'd be.Then I was told 4 more weeks.They never called to touch base with me to let me know what was going on.They never called at all to tell me anything would be late.Needless to say I once again called to see if it was there yet needless to say I got told it just came yesterday. They they told me I'd take a week or long to be delivered. Needless to say I went an picked it up myself. So I also ordered a recliner needless to say it still hasn't came in.Which once again no call nothing when I was told about 2 weeks .Which were now at 3 weeks So once gain if I don't keep calling to check .I'll know nothing.The point is I ordered an new mattress an adjustable frame from Mattress Wearhouse .They told me 3 TO 6 WEEKS .ENDED UP BEING 2 Weeks long they called an touch base to let me know it got pushed back.I also ordered a table from an Amish company it also was afew weeks late they also called to let me know.Where I feel Reese wasn't to good.Was customer service. It would of been nice to have be valued as a customer.

Allen was extremely helpful in getting us a new refrigerator in 24 hrs at an excellent price that beat the big box stores. I will always shop Reese first from now on. Thank you so much for helping us!

We recently visited your store looking to purchase a washer & dryer & recliner but unfortunately we were unable to get approved for the financing. We just wanted to let you know how helpful your salespeople were. We had a gentleman named Terry on the appliance side, he was very pleasant & helped us out a great deal. We haven't bought laundry in quite sometime so we asked him to help educate us on what's available & we very impressed with the Speed Queen line you carry & really wanted to purchase them but as I said we were not able to & he did offer us the layaway option but unfortunately we didn't have the option to wait until we could afford to pay them off. We can't remember the ladies name in furniture it might have been Cassie or Katie or something like that because she talked kind of low we couldn't really catch her name but she was very skinny with long red looking hair. She was also very helpful & kind. Again we regret not being able to purchase anything but we hope to comeback one day when we get our issues taken care of but we just wanted to let your store & others know what helpful & wonderful employees you have at your establishment.

My mother & I was in your store today (Labor Day) we was looking for a side by side refrigerator & unfortunately you did not have the size we needed but the salesman, Terry was very helpful & quite polite. He greeted us promptly & ask how he could help us & we told him what we were looking for & he would be happy to show us what you had in stock, he ask us if we needed a certain size, which we never thought about checking. At first we were disappointed after driving all the way from Philippi WV that you didn't have our size so we could see it but Terry quickly told us what was available to order in our size that we needed & he got us a price & told us we could have it in only a few days. We went to 4 other stores on our way home & nobody had the size we needed & nobody at those stores offered to to help us & show us what they could get us like your guy did. I'm sorry this review is so long, but if we do decide to drive that distance back up there (he told us we could pay over the phone with a credit card but we don't like doing that) it will be because of the service & time Terry took with us, it's rare to find a salesman that will take the time to help someone when he knows we are not going to buy that day & going to other stores to look .I just felt you should know what a gem you have in him.

We love Reese's Warehouse. They have wonderful furniture and appliances. Prices are reasonable and delivery is great. They always take the old away so we don't have to worry about it. We shop there a lot. Thank you Terri and Allen for a great family run business.
