Love their clearance here its so good. You have to look thur it but always great finds! This evening I have had the best customer service all the times I have shopped here and actually by the same person who I had not previously had the greatest experience with. So much has improved and I am very grateful. The store seems to be changing brands that they are a staple for carrying the new brands seem to be almost of the same quality only alot less expensive.

I can't say enough good things about the staff of this store! Absolutely phenomenal. My fiance and I had stopped in to register for our wedding, and spent somewhere around 4 hours or more in the store. Shannon was a hoot and really helped tackle our online-only registry items after compiling a list of odds and ends my fiance and I could use while we meandered the store scanning other necessary items for each room of our home. The store setup allowed us to do so with ease as it was very organized based on sections by areas of the house, electronics, small appliances, etc. Literally every person we spoke to with a name tag (including the KitchenAid representative, Patty, that was demonstrating that day) was above and beyond friendly, personable, and helpful. I don't know the last time I'd seen a retail employee so eager to help, talk, and listen to customer needs and find solutions as this store - the fact that it was a full staff of folks, not just one employee of this nature is astounding. It was great to see a staff more interested in actually assisting customers than stocking shelves and tidying up on a very busy day - Not that tidying and stocking isn't important, but staff here would gleefully drop a task to assist a customer and not behave as if the customer is a bother to them, something unfortunately common in pretty much every store I've been in lately. Please continue to keep up the good work, the great attitudes, and thank you! Something that I kind of dreaded going in to do turned out to be an enjoyable experience.
