I've had some frustrating experiences lately with a PC purchase. The store manager was extremely helpful. I only had an issue with one employee at the customer service desk, everyone else was professional with a "customer first" mentality. The online purchase process is touchy with gift cards & does not allow for more than 1 purchase method. I was able to visit the store and use the kiosk in electronics - with help from a tech associate, to finalize my purchase. He was very knowledgeable.

Great store only problem is where do I put all the stuff I bought when I get home. My wife said I am no longer allowed to go shoping at Costco by myself.

I always put my UPC symbol's facing up in my shopping cart so all they have to do is scan my items. But they always have to touch my items. I tell them not to but they do it anyway. Yes, I am one of those people that doesn't like they're stuff touched. Self checkout doesn't take cash.

I like the selection of products better than in the other warehouse clubs. It feels more targeted to home owners at Costco.

We love shopping at Costco, my wife and I spend a few hundred dollars every 5 or 6 weeks. I was very surprised to learn on Saturday January 8th, 2022 that Costco told its baking department to stop making apple and pumpkin pies. Their pies were great I hope this isn't a permanent plan. UPDATE - It was just temporary as they were short on supplies to make the pies. So glad that is over.

The store itself is great; I'm always leaving the store with in-store finds, and the gas prices here can't be beat. My only complaint is how I'm treated because I have a Gold membership instead of the Executive membership, which I did have at one prior. I dread my upcoming trips to Costco at this point simply because I know I'll be approached at least once, on average twice but have been approached three times, regarding my Gold membership, that I'm happy with. This has been a repeat pattern for the past year and a half, and it feels like harassment all because I choose to have a membership that seems to be deemed "inferior". I understand that people are doing their jobs and most likely what they're told, but that doesn't warrant having a cashier call out a code alerting two managers to approach me, having an employee roll their eyes at me, and receiving constant push back comments from employees trying to get me to change my mind. Unfortunately, I regret having this membership for another year and looking into Sam's Club for the future.

Love this store! It’s an easy to get to location that’s near many other stores. The store is clean, fully stocked. No issues with food or staff. I would definitely recommend getting a membership and shopping the store! Don’t forget to get gas here and save money! Regardless if your gas tank is on the left or right, you can go to any gas pump. The gas pump has extendable cords that allow you to access your tank from either side of the car.

Always busy for a reason. Their gas prices can’t be beat around the area! Also, their stock has been diversified. We’ve found some of our Asian snacks in the store. They also carry a whole box of Celsius, have a ton of great tasting semi-prepared foods for lazy nights, and the awesome $1.99 pizza slices with good dough. I’ve found most everything I need at this branch and more.
