I have rented from Enterprise many times and it has always been a good experience. I have been assigned a different vehicle due to availability, but only once given a lesser vehicle. I have noticed minor mechanical issues having to do with maintenance but have never had to deal with anything during my rental. Enterprise delivers a consistent experience and is exactly what I expect.

Very good customers service I didn't like the truck they had for me it had a dent on it, so I ask them to call another location they did and I received another truck I was compensated for picking it up at another location thanks enterprise.

My car was stolen and my insurance company reached out to them to get me a car. They called me within the hour and told me they will have a car ready for me. When I arrived every thing was taken care of, I had to keep the car for a month and they let me know when I had to return it because I had no clue lol. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I rented a car for the week...when I picked up the car I told the guy it had a funny smell, his way of fixing it was spraying Lysol in the car and said that should take care of it. When I returned it today Jeff took care of the customer and I appreciate that.. thank you Jeff

A rental was arranged for me while my car was being repaired as part of an insurance claim. It was effortless for me. The car was dropped off at the repair shop, the Enterprise rep quickly walked me through all of the features of the car and available coverages. The car was clean, comfortable and drove smooth. When my car was ready, the shop handled the return to Enterprise. What a nice overall experience.

Enterprise has unequivocally lost their core value of customer service. Not everyone has the time to be picked up and dropped off, some of us need to leave our vehicles at the branch for any number of reasons. The Lakewood branch wouldn’t give me a one time exception which completely threw a wrench into my work day. I am a weekly corporate renter and Enterprise is going to lose a lot of my business going forward because I will just drive my personal car for work. Hopefully the area manager makes it right.
