Always good customer service when I go here. Nice clean store. They have decent prices on some items there but on other items, like toys, crafting supplies, and electronics, they are more expensive on.

The cashier was very friendly( she's always pleasant). However, I was taken aback because there were at least eight customers in the store, and the cashier and I were the only two wearing a mask. I really don't know how we're going to make a new beginning if we can't respect and protect each other!

Great place to shop. Love the smart coupons. Friendly staff. My only issue is the parking lot behind the store is poorly lit at night!! Even if there are security cameras, dubious about the quality of the recordings or images as there is barely any light. Plus windows overlooking the lot are covered. Safety is a huge concern.

The Lakewood Family Dollar, next to Drug Mart, rocks. Courteous employees and friendly customers. Well stocked sales floor and clean. I wish this was the standard for Family Dollar Stores throughout N.E. Ohio. Sadly this is not the case.

The manager has no manners, does NOT understand regulations concerning government documents, and the people skills on a donkey. She needs fired. I will travel great distances to go to other Family Dollar stores but not this one less than a block from my house.

I LOVE this store! Because of the staff, especially Jeremiah who is amazing at customer service! I was looking for two items in a hurry and he directed me to both and even carried a couple of items for me. Greatt attitude and personality. The store is always clean and I'm greeted with a hearty "welcome" every time I come in. I go out of my way to come to this particular store. They make me feel special. Gino or Chino is also very pleasant.
