I go here often. My only real complaint is that the cashiers don't always check to make sure they're giving reward points to the right person, so I've missed out on a lot of rewards. They were temporarily not 24/7 due to pandemic staffing, closing at 10pm instead, which was still generous imo. Overall, a convenient, reliable location.

Standing at the front of the store with a neon light that shined “Open 24 Hours” - and the door was locked. Employee inside looked at me, shook his head then looked away. The misleading information will cause people to drive out of their way only to get disappointed.

So slow store. They let you wait for hours for anything. They tell you your prescription will be ready in 25-30 minutes and even if you come back after an hour they will let you wait another hour or two (depending on your luck). They have no value for costumers time. I have been their costumer for like 4 years and they always been like that. If I can give 1/4 star I would definitely do. The worst store to be a costumer at. The worst store ever. I’m speechless. No word can explain them right. I will transfer to another pharmacy asap.

I love this location and I go here often. This location is always clean and always open, due to the 24hr operation. They have a great staff and are always willing to go out of their way to help you. Jacob the 3rd shift manager is always very patient with my wife, who is always looking for the next great deal, clipping coupons and going thru sale adds, and everytime we check out he always listens to everything she says about what the coupons are and always resolves her concern by just giving her what she believes she is supposed to be getting... By the time we are done checking out, I need a cold beer and a nap! It's always an adventure, let me tell you! But Jacob is still acting like she is the only person that matters, and that says a lot about a person who takes the time to make you feel important and make sure that you feel satisfied with the outcome of your concerns... We will definitely return to this location many more times!

Post hours for Pharmacy more clearly so thatit is understood only one pharmacist any longer and that theytake a lunch break - 24 hr pharmacy should have 2 pharmacists so as to meet the needs of customers - we come for presciptions primarily

Time and again have received excellent service from Pharmacy staff. They research records to ensure customer gets correct inoculations. And they try hard to take customer finances into consideration.

I want to thank Melisa, a manager, for her service of time and going above the bar for regular customer service. It was to correct a misdeed done to take advantage of a senior's OH phone number used in AK to use points that did not belong to them. Thanks to her patience and take charge attitude, she made the corporate call and cleared the matter, and Walgreens even gave the customer 10,000 points gratis for the inconvenience and make up for the points lost to the thief. A reminder to customers to be careful when giving out phone numbers at the cashiers at any store.

Checkout is usually slow. Though it's helpful that they're open 24 hours in case you need something at random hours, it's best to go during the day. The night crowd is more like a bar scene than a drug store.
